No, Dwayne Johnson does not have leukemia. Those photos show his intentional ~50 lb weight loss (to ~235 lbs) for the film Lizard Music. He publicly confirmed it in September, saying he did it gradually and feels strong. An earlier 2026 testicular scare turned out to be epididymitis, not cancer. He’s fine.
