On Thursday I wrote about the 2014 injunction Russell Brand obtained against a woman who accused him of assault.
I've now obtained the final order. It's breathtaking.
She had no lawyer. No trial. Yet she was silenced for life - even barred from speaking to the police.

Please watch "Who Decides?"
It's a powerful, confronting and deeply important film that puts into two hours what Australia has already lost and what New Zealand could still lose.
Whether you're a veteran campaigner for women's and girls' rights to safety, privacy, dignity, fairness, or you've never really thought about the issue, this film brings the bigger picture into sharp focus.
It raises deeply disturbing questions about women's rights, free speech, institutional accountability and the consequences for society as a whole.
When an ideology that demands complete and unquestioning acceptance permeates every aspect of society, the implications for individual freedoms are profoundly concerning.
Don't just take our word for it. Watch it. Listen. Think for yourself. Silence is not an option.
Share it widely. It matters to all of us.

Parents at Caulfield South Primary School are objecting to gender identity lessons being taught to their young children, including five-year-olds in Prep.
This ends when people stand up and say: No, we don’t agree with this indoctrination being pushed on us.
Leave the children alone and stop planting dangerous seeds into fragile minds.

Two days after Henry died Hampshire Police secretly recorded Digwa in a police van speaking Punjabi to his brother. Digwa admitted stabbing Henry. Discussed claiming self defence. Made zero mention of racial abuse. Not one word.
Hampshire Police had that tape.
They knew Digwa was lying about the racist attack. They had the evidence. They had his own words and then tried to smear Henry as the aggressor anyway.
Three days after his death their statement read “it was reported two men had been assaulted by an unknown man.” Henry was the unknown man. The boy bleeding out on the street. They flipped it.
Family complained. Statement changed. Then police told the family their NEXT update would again infer Henry was the initial aggressor. His family had to fight them a second time. While grieving their murdered son.
Then during the trial Hampshire tried to issue a statement telling the public to stop talking about it online. Calling it disinformation. The CPS had to step in. Told them they were about to collapse their own murder case.
This is the force that handcuffed a dying boy. Missed the murder weapon twice. Had a secret tape proving the killer lied. And still tried to bury Henry's name.
That's not incompetence. That's a machine protecting itself. At the expense of a dead boy's reputation and three officers are still on active duty. Not suspended. Treated as witnesses. To their own actions.
Hampshire Police didn't just fail Henry on that street. They kept failing him for six months after he died.

1/ We're understandably focused on draft conversion legislation in the UK
But can I encourage everyone here interested in that debate to watch the Australian long form documentary "who decides"
It's a dire warning of trans madness and Oz needs our help

Read about how gender ideology is affecting Australian families in today’s Weekend Australian.
This is huge for mainstream media in Australia.
Thank you to everyone involved.

The American College of Pediatricians just put out a 🔥🔥🔥 statement calling out all the major medical associations by name for pushing the gender transition craze on kids.
They ask for these groups to "IMMEDIATELY stop the promotion of social affirmation, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgeries for children and adolescents who experience distress over their biological sex."
The full @ACPeds statement ⬇️
"Therefore, given the recent research and the revelations of the harmful approach advocated by WPATH and its followers in the United States, we, the undersigned, call upon the medical professional organizations of the United States, including the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Endocrine Society, the Pediatric Endocrine Society, American Medical Association, the American Psychological Association, and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to follow the science and their European professional colleagues and immediately stop the promotion of social affirmation, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgeries for children and adolescents who experience distress over their biological sex. Instead, these organizations should recommend comprehensive evaluations and therapies aimed at identifying and addressing underlying psychological co-morbidities and neurodiversity that often predispose to and accompany gender dysphoria. We also encourage the physicians who are members of these professional organizations to contact their leadership and urge them to adhere to the evidence-based research now available.”

The PLS committee on the conversion bill must hear from detransitioners.
You cannot say the bill "symmetrically" protects people and then ignore detransitioners caused by many to believe they have an identity.
That is apparently directly within the scope of the bill.
We have now formally written to the Chair and Members of the Conversion Practices Select Committee, asking them to include us in discussions on the Bill and its potential impact on detransitioners and organisations like ours.
Detransitioners must not be overlooked or excluded from decisions that directly affect our lives. Our voices, experiences and perspectives deserve to be heard and represented.
We urge the Committee to recognise the importance of including detransitioner voices and engaging with organisations that support our community.
We will update everyone once we receive a response. In the meantime, please continue to share our message and help raise awareness. The more visible our voices are, the harder they are to ignore.

As Ben Shapiro said:
Freedom of speech and thought matters, especially when it is speech and thought with which we disagree. The moment the majority decides to destroy people for engaging in thought it dislikes, thought crime becomes a reality.

Watch and share. What is happening to children in Australia is appalling. Child abuse on a massive scale by the trans ideology cult while the Labor government just sits there and watches it happen. They don't give a toss about children or women. Vote them out.
Very proud to be part of the documentary “Who Decides?”
But I must say: the heart & soul of the film is a woman named Tess Hackett, who lost her daughter to transgender ideology. Hers is one of the most heartbreaking stories I have heard in this madness and a must listen. I’d go through the stupidest court case of all time 1000 times rather than go through losing a child to this evil ideology. 💔

In Victoria, 5-year-olds can opt out of singing the anthem on “religious and cultural” grounds but not gender lessons teaching them they can be born with the wrong body parts and boys who identify as girls must be allowed on their sports teams. Wild.

So much going on in the world-- and now an important story from my neck of the woods. All power to these parents who should take this fight all the way. I'm interested to hear what Premier Ben Carroll, a former education minister, really thinks about teaching young children that some people feel "they did not get a good match for their body parts." And about forcing dissenting parents to expose their children to this contested idea, really more like a religious belief.

🚨 Victoria: where parents can withdraw their kids from participating in the Australian National Anthem but can’t withdraw them from classes on gender ideology.
🚩 “School council president Jackie Dzienciol also responded to parents, saying departmental policy about withdrawal only applied to the “sexual health component of health education” – and did not extend to the Respectful Relationships curriculum.”
As one of the 37 parents from Caulfield South Primary School prep cohort who have complained to the school told @News24Aust:
💯 “You’re not only teaching boys that you can violate girls’ boundaries and identify out of their sex, you’re teaching little girls they must put up with this, they must accept this new reality. I find that very dangerous gaslighting.”
@OneNationVic deputy leader Colleen Harkin has described the program as an ‘activist agenda’ and says her party will remove the program from schools.
👏 Well done to the parents standing up! Ahead of the Victorian election, voters should demand a clear commitment from every candidate to remove this program from schools, to restore parents’ rights to know what their children are being taught and at a minimum, the right to opt their kids out of lessons promoting dangerous ideologies.
