SUBLIMINAL

you can't solve problems with the same mind that created it. literally rewrite your agreement with reality.

Moral of the story Focus on your business.

Do not ever think that you are not worthy of all the greatness you wish upon yourself. You decide it, not others. Do not be enslaved by the laws of society and especially to a prison within your mind. It’s a big world. There’s room. You will fit. I promise.

If you can’t stop your stream of thoughts at night, get up and write them down. This will set your mind at ease so you can sleep.

“To protect your energy… It’s okay to cancel a commitment. It’s okay to not answer that call. It’s okay to change your mind. It’s okay to want to be alone. It’s okay to take a day off. It’s okay to do nothing. It’s okay to speak up. It’s okay to let go.” ♥️

There's nothing worse than overthinking and drowning in your own thoughts. Negative thinking can deplete you and keep you stuck in a cycle you don't wish for. Good news: the thoughts in your mind can be changed, once you realize that you're in charge of what goes on in your head.

Your social media feeds are feeding your mind. Ensure you’re making healthy choices by following accounts that replenish your energy and empower your state of being; not those that are emotionally exhausting.

You have fed the spark in my heart. Now all the roses in my garden have been lighted in flames. Do not deprive me of your water.

Once you carry your own water, you'll learn the value of every drop.

Promise yourself to be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind. To give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others. To be too large for worry, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.
