Y'Shtola is a neat character in isolation, but is easily the least interesting of the scions. She basically has no character other than being badass witch with some silly moments. Alphinaud should be the XIV mascot as he is literally the MC of the scions.

nezumi is overflowing with culture and human experience, not only in art but his roots as an indigenous person. so it’s very poignant that his very existence threatens an authoritarian regime, as it’s what our own world leaders/conglomerates try so hard to squash even now.
