We looked into @0xMarko77's 20 SOL lost on @Higgspad
It's not a drainer. He paid twice for one launch, the launch went out with no dev buy, and the SOL is still in Higgspad's wallet.
He's not the only one 🧵
Thanks @skrootimburg for flagging it
$kimchi went from ~$360k to $15.2M in about 9 minutes after Kimchi posted it and Alon retweeted.
We traced it with Iris: 41 wallets bought ~28% of the supply, most of it 20 to 45 minutes BEFORE Kimchi's post, then sold into the hype for +3,288 SOL (~$340k). 🧵
The cash out: 1,650 SOL bridged to 70.93 ETH (44 ETH still sitting), 1,013 SOL parked, ~635 SOL routed toward Binance.
The same KuCoin hot wallet funded the group's funder, its router's deployer and the token's creator within 22h. KuCoin can say if it's one account.
@pumpfun @a1lon9: why move Kimchi Cat's fees to Kimchi's wallet that night, and who knew about the post?

We traced the @Railway hack.
$386k stolen from 255 wallets on 22 chains, all swept into one address.
$302k was cashed out into @hitbtc . $80k of USDC hasn't moved and can still be frozen by @circle .
Here's where every dollar went 🧵
An urgent notice from the Railway team
blog.railway.com/p/security-…
The cash-out was HitBTC: 265,190 USDT into two deposit addresses on Arbitrum 1,498 USDT into a third on Ethereum 14.34 ETH sent straight to its hot wallet
Still parked: 55,046.92 USDC in 0xaaa9…901c (Ethereum) 15,186.71 USDC in 0xa3cc…c0a3 (Polygon) 9,372 USDC in the sweeper
@hitbtc knows the account. @circle can freeze the USDC.
If you used Railway: move funds out of any wallet whose key was in an env var, today.
Beware of look-alike addresses: scammers are already poisoning the attacker's history with fake USDC.

Every wallet has a story. Iris reads it.
Paste an address and see who's behind it, how risky it is, and the evidence for every label.
Then follow the money:
→ through mixers, CoinJoins and swap services
→ across bridges, onto the next chain
→ hop by hop, on one investigation board
10 chains. 640,000+ labeled addresses.

One memecoin dev turned 4 SOL into $1.8M in 14 months, launching 20,543 memecoins.
Its playbook: farm launches on the news, dilute the dev buy into its own side wallets, dump within seconds. One token every 4.6 minutes.
Here's exactly how it works 🧵
5/
4. The bank
Most launches lose a little (45 of 55 sampled, about 0.38 SOL each). A few hit: toothpaste made +26.66 SOL in 6 seconds. 20,543 launches later:
Two wallets hold 1.34M USDC + 4,144 SOL. 27,845 USDC went to Coinbase, 459 SOL to Robinhood Chain.
6/
We read every transaction of those two wallets: the launcher sent them 1.4M USDC and 8,887 SOL. Money from anyone else: under $50K.
We don't know who runs it. Every payment, trade and balance is linked:
