Beyond frustrated with the Sac @GoNumotion ... Trying to get new power chair since May '22, have chair as of Sept but I need more adjustments to be able to use it. Desperately need new overhead lift, dr has sent multiple referrals over months; nada. And I can't reach a human.
Lift I've been trying for since Sept, my current one is dying, I use it multiple times a day (incl for toilet), but for months @GoNumotion claimed they didn't receive anything, and then I haven't talked to a person for three months.
This fucking sucks and I'm exhausted.
Please feel free to share this thread so that anyone with a choice of DME company doesn't go with @GoNumotion ... unfortunately sometimes insurance restricts options, because health care in the US sucks. /understatement
