Hey @FedEx what is going on here? Attempting to be home for a package to be delivered, these are the texts I’ve received:
Now I’m attempting to track down the package - it’s a rug, so probably too big to fit in my car, and def too heavy for me to carry. I’ve been told it’s going to be held at the Arcadia station. 3/
The number I was given for that station rings and rings before hanging up on me. I finally got transferred to someone there by calling the main support line. She said she would call the driver and call me back. Still nothing. @FedEx can someone help??
