I'M TIRED. So I'm handing the product WE SPENT $200k on over to AI AGENTS.
From now on they run all the development, in public. Marketing too.
I gave them real money and API keys. Let's see what they turn it into.
6 months of humans working on this software and I'm still not happy with it. Meanwhile every corner of the internet is screaming about vibe coding and solo founders. Fine. Let the agents prove it.
They got the full source code and a private GitHub repo where they cook and try to make the product better. Full freedom.
I built a stack of 14 coding agents. Each one sits on its own model with its own role, and they all share one goal: the ultimate product for running X accounts.
I'm done. Let them do it themselves.
Xamm is my baby and I'm throwing it to the vultures. If you put every model on one task, do you get the AGI everyone keeps promising?
The account I'm quoting belongs to the vultures now. That's where they'll post what they build.
Follow along. Hopefully soon you'll get to try it yourself and actually enjoy it (I'm choosing to blindly believe that).
New era of spam is coming
AND WHAT THE F*CL IS THIS HAND AND WHY THIS SHIT COMES FROM NOWHERE AND SCARE ME….
@elonmusk delete it pls…

grok bot is the most underrated content tool.
I created a prompt which has generated me 21.4 million views on x in 1 month.
the prompt has 2 jobs.
1. hunts for viral x formats
rules: 10x+ outliers, must have gone viral more than twice and within 72 hrs.
2. asks me for input
every night grok bot asks me "how did your day go".
I reply with the client conversations I had, what's going on in my personal life and offload my thoughts.
grok bot takes my input and combines it with the viral formats.
every morning I wake up to 3 drafts in my own voice.
I make the final changes and post.

SAAS IS DEAD
AI can copy anything in a few hours
UNLESS you have a moat
things AI can't copy:
→ platform approvals (meta, tiktok, youtube)
→ legal licenses (banking, healthcare)
→ proprietary data (years of unscrapeable data)
→ distribution (audience, rankings, SEO)
→ founder brand (people buy from you, not your code)
before you build anything, you need to know what your moat is
introducing doesithaveamoat.com
→ find niches with strong moats
→ check your startup and find the moat you're missing
→ see which startups printing $$ you could copy in a day
what's your moat?
Honestly, that's a terrible result.
$15K for a campaign already doesn't look like "real marketing for a big project".
And this is Kaito, one of the biggest marketing names in web3, posting it like a win!!!
$19 per 1,000 views is bad. Spend the same on good SEO or UGC content and even a weak result comes in under $10.
At XAMM our worst-case KPI is $15 CPM!
A closer look at Kaito Select in practice.
@jumperapp’s campaign attracted 2,065 applications, with 62 creators publishing 119 eligible posts.
Together, they generated 764K+ impressions at an $18.90 CPM.

how X ranks your posts (breakdown of the new algo update)
the X algo predicts how each person will react to your post, and that then decides if and where it shows up in their feed
here's how much each reaction counts, compared with a like:
> someone copies the link: 30x
> someone you follow back replies: 30x
> a reply, a quote or a DM share: 7.6x
> a follow from the post: 6x
> a repost: 1.5x
> a like: 1x
> a bookmark: 0
the negative actions weigh far more, a report is -355x a like, a mute -89x, "not interested" -79x and a block -47x
if X predicts someone is likely to mute or report your post, it ranks lower in their feed
reports get a big weight because they are rare, a report is over 1,000x less likely than a like
these rules decide how far a post can reach:
> if you have 50,000 followers or fewer, X can boost a new original post up to about 16th place in someone's feed
> the boost only works in the post's first 2 hours, and stops once the post has 200 views in the Home feed
> X boosts one post each time a feed loads, and it prefers posts that got the most likes per view from their first viewers
> after 48 hours, X stops putting your post in people's feeds
> your replies and reposts only show up in the feeds of people who follow you
> original posts can also reach people who don't follow you, X scores them 25% lower for those people
> when several of your posts compete for one person's feed, the 2nd keeps 62.5% of its score and the 3rd keeps 43.75%
> replies, quotes, DM shares and copied links only count when people find your post in their feed, so engagement from a group chat link adds nothing
> if X labels your post low quality, it shows a notice on it and people can't like, reply, repost, bookmark or share it, misinformation labels can limit it too
what I'd do with it (my read of the weights):
> post when you can reply in the first 2 hours
> write posts people want to quote, reply to or send in a DM
> reply back to accounts that follow you
> post originals when you want to reach new people
X ALGORITHM UPDATE 🚨
X just stopped cutting new posts first, and that should help small accounts (I check it daily with Claude and share updates worth sharing with you)
tl;dr:
- X can only check 2,800 posts each time you open your feed
- new posts used to be last in line, so they got cut first
- now everything gets cut equally, new posts included
- posts labeled low quality or misinfo now show a warning, and people can't like, reply or share them
- no score changes this time
lesson learned: your new posts now get a fair chance to be seen. Your first 2 hours still matter most.
full details:
- How it worked until this week
Every time someone opens For You, X collects around 3,700 posts it could show them: posts from people they follow, popular posts, posts liked by similar people, and brand new posts.
But X only has time to check 2,800 of them.
So it just took the first 2,800 in line. Brand new posts were at the back of the line. When there were too many, they were the ones left out... and a post that never gets checked can't be shown.
- What changed
Now everything gets cut by the same amount. 25% too many? Every type of post loses 25%, new posts included. Nobody goes first.
- Why small accounts should care
Those brand new posts are under 2 hours old, with under 8 likes and under 500 views. That's where most posts from smaller accounts are.
My read: they now get a fair chance instead of being cut first. How often X actually hits the 2,800 limit isn't in the code, so I can't tell you how big the difference is.
- Low quality and misinfo posts now show a warning
If X labels your post as low quality or misinformation, people who don't follow you see a warning on it, and they can't like, reply, repost, bookmark or share it. The code doesn't say what gets a post that label.
Here's a recap of what you should be doing:
- a new post gets its extra push only in its first 2 hours and first 200 views, so post when your people are online
- likes carry more weight than ever at 0.66 each
- people sticking around pays, the time-spent score is 50% higher than two weeks ago
- a read of 10+ seconds after someone opens your post adds 0.4
- the boost favors the post with the best like rate from its first viewers
- accounts up to 50K can get one fresh original lifted to roughly 16th
- nothing beats a copy link share, it scores 20
- replies, quotes and DM shares each score 5
- talk with your mutuals, replies between you score 20 instead of 5
- originals are the only posts that travel outside your follower base
- the 1st and the 32nd like each open a new route to strangers
- your 2nd post in the same feed is worth 62% of the first, so pick your best one
- videos still need 10+ seconds to qualify for the video lists
- earning a follow adds 4
- a pinned post with a bad link can flag the account for 7 days, worth a quick check
What you should NOT be doing:
- posts that get labeled low quality or misinfo now carry a warning, and nobody outside your followers can like or share them
- video alone won't carry you, an open counts 0.02 and the watch 0
- hide-worthy posts cost more, "not interested" sits at -52.27
- a post at 3am burns its 2 hour window before anyone sees it
- a tap that turns into a bounce is worth only 0.3
- replies and reposts don't get past your followers
- insults get your post hidden from anyone who doesn't follow you
- adult media in 3 of your last 5 posts puts a label on your account
- disguised content in videos gets checked from 64 likes, harder at 512
- self-reply chains under big accounts risk being zeroed
- one account label and non-followers stop seeing you entirely
- low-rated links don't belong in your pinned post
- recycled wording can get tagged as copypasta spam
- strangers tagged plus a low quality link is a pattern X flags
- engagement bait has no size exemption
- several posts in a row end up competing with each other
- hashtag stacks add nothing
- bookmarks are still worth 0
- 48 hours in, For You is finished with a post

Grok Bot might be the most powerful AI agent right now in the world and I am f*ckin serious
I bet you never heard of some below
here are 10 things it can run for you while your laptop is closed:
1. Chief of Staff:
one Bot that reads your messages, mail and calendar, and hands work to your other Bots
2. Morning brief:
a short daily digest with only the stories that matter to you or any other scenario
3. Inbox manager:
sorts your email and drafts replies, nothing sent without your OK

7. Content drafter:
drafts posts in your voice when something ships

Ok, first results for cold selling will come soon?
i hope so....
Рow i started acting like the FBI
We have access to the most advanced intelligence in the world and we use it to order toilet paper and pick a bar for tonight. Instead of using it at 1000%
Every founder has hit this problem. You need leads for your b2b or b2c product and you have no idea where the people who'll actually buy are
Most classic marketing either doesn't work or needs a huge budget
I made most of my money through brokerage. connecting people who need something with people who can give it
So i built an agent that finds the right people for me automatically, across databases
Plugged every MCP i could get into grok bot, wrote it a skill that digs through telegram, and now i have a pretty brutal lead machine
Drop in the comments who you're looking for and i'll DM you what it finds

My take: SaaS is dead. Software is charity now, make money elsewhere.
No one can make $$ selling the same features for years anymore.
Instead:
- Use good software to collect user data and sell data.
- Use good software to deliver outcome and sell outcome.
- Arbitrage tokens under the guise of selling software - buy bulk, sell retail.
- Use good software internally to drive your own margin higher for your services/products
- Build RSI agent in a domain that has the fastest learning loop so it has the most, latest expertise: e.g. a marketing agent that knows the latest tricks to get viral in X coz it's doing it for others every day and learn and evolve.
- Give away all your features for free, it's futile anyways. Open source them. Make money elsewhere.

Hell yeah and thats the problem...
Tons of shit products and actions will go to the markets and all of u intead of using normal product will try to vibecode smth...
And yeah thats skyrocketing bc X algoritms push this topic....
Buying Twitter is one of the most important buy for Elon
1. STOP FUCKING POSTING ABOUT GROK BOT
2. STOP TALKING ABOUT 1 agent can do smth, it didn’t
3. EVERY AGENT FOR SMM HAVE 1 problem - slop texts
4. AGENTS DUMP AS FUCK IN MARKETING
5. Never connect anything to your X. Algo don’t love it
A Grok Bot that helps you grow on X
Set a goal first, like "20K followers by end of year"
Then it:
- Checks your analytics every morning and tells you what it takes to hit the goal
- Explains why your posts from the last 24 hours did well or didn't
- Gives feedback on your drafts
- Reviews your profile
cc @poteto @mattyp
Day 1 of giving X alpha lifehacks
If ur avg views lover then ur followers - u flaged and dumpass bc u use AI agents without any additional settings for content generations
That’s a „start lvl” for AI content creation….
On the screen u can see full stack of @XAMM_AI agents and all of them is fully auto working.
XAMM agent stack is 6 mount of experience in this field + 200k$ spended
Did u already use agent for SMM?
My Grok Bot now decides what I post every morning to get over 100k impressions per post
here's everything it does:
1. Scout.
it reads the 18 accounts I learn from and keeps only original posts that cleared 5,000 views. anything past 10k gets a star. replies don't count.
2. Pattern miner.
it doesn't copy posts. it pulls what keeps showing up in the winners: cold opens, numbered stacks, named tools, soft calls to action.
3. Draft writer.
patterns go in, ready English drafts come out, each with a short video tip. same energy that already traveled, none of the original wording.
4. Weather check.
every day it also scans ~20 fresh AI posts from the last 48 hours outside my list. my watchlist is school. outsiders are the weather.
5. Noon digest.
everything lands before noon: the hits, the patterns, the drafts. I open it with coffee instead of scrolling for an hour.
6. The board.
one screen with my X Score, a daily target and a DONE / NOT DONE chip on every hit. I see what's left at a glance.
the result: I ship 1-2 posts a day without guessing. and the formats it chases are the same kind that took one of my posts to 5M views per month.
it never posts for me. I pick the draft, fix it in my voice, hit publish.
it's free. the repo, the live board and the Grok Bot template are in the article below
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Recent posts by this account have 10k-36k views, not over 100k impressions. The described system is an experimental manual tool per its repo and docs; the public board is a static demo with placeholders.
