I really don't understand people that choose to work from home! If you are part of an amazing company with a killer team that is high energy and innovating - why would you prefer to be away for the creative and explosive energy?
To me it's like home schooling when you are a young kid, you may be able to do it but you miss out on all the magic that comes with being a school kid!
Work should be a huge part of your existence, you should be in an environment that can inspire you and push you to be the best you can every day!
Working in a bedroom on a zoom call just isn't that! If your'e not part of a company that is high energy and ground breaking - then why do you stay there!
Whenever I interview a person in the same city and they ask whether we are ok with working from home - that's where the interview ends.
There is nothing more powerful then collective aligned energy and I want to work with a bunch of obsessed, hungry winners.
