There is medically no way to tell if someone is "virgin" or not by looking at the vagina or bleeding, most often times it also applies to after vaginal birth as well. Cases of extreme trauma are an exception.

Not to mention there's an entire dark side of the process where girls in fear pf not bleeding or not bleeding "enough" on their first night sometimes go to extreme lengths of using fake blood vaginal suppositories to fake the bleeding. Imagine the psychological horror..
