Saddened to learn of the passing of Gunner Sebastian Halmagean.
Gunner Halmagean was deployed to Latvia as part of Operation REASSURANCE — his first overseas deployment with the Canadian Armed Forces. Our country is stronger for his service.
My thoughts are with his family, friends, and with all those served alongside him.

If you follow me and you were pissed about playgrounds and you happen to be white (like me) and you're financially secure (like me), I'm going to say this at the risk of repeating something you've heard today already:

How far did they go? 11,530km - that’s a lot of pedal rotations.
Congratulations to all the NCCH riders for putting time in the saddle and motivating each other to cover the distance.
New challenges ahead. Go team!

"Even though the government's measures left malls open over the Easter weekend, Ford scolded Ontarians for going shopping."(CBC)
Ford has no right to keep blaming us at this point it was his choice to leave malls open and he continues to do too little too late !

So today my Ultegra DI2 somehow started to change gears on its own whenever I would flick down into the small ring.
1. How the hell did this happen?
2. How the hell do I fix this??
3. Why the hell would anyone want this??
So basically the only thing this lockdown is going to do is screw small businesses over even more? Im kinda getting sick of this B.S #FordfailedOntario
how come gorillas are getting this before us like no offence they deserve it but the vaccine rollout has been a disaster and thats putting it lightly
Great apes at the @sandiegozoo are the first non-humans to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. The news comes after eight gorillas at the zoo tested positive for COVID-19 in January.

More than 7000 volunteer hours went into supporting our team members in 2020. With their help, riders are set up for success.
Where will you ride this year?
