I've been working on a PDF refutation of a Khariji telegram channel called "Truth Remains". I handpicked 18 doubts from this channel which I answer in detail. This channel gets frequently cited by many Khawarij as some sort of primary reference to return back to, and none of these people have bothered to critically analyze what’s being promoted in this channel and whether it aligns with the truth or not. This channel is filled with countless blunders. anyone can download it from the link below, بارك الله فيكم. tr.ee/zaoW4FaMA0

Refuting the lies of al-Hassan al-Kattani against Al-Shaykh al-Mujāhid Rabī‘ ibn Hādī al-Madkhalī رحمة الله عليه Lie #1. "Exaggeration in obedience to Rulers" You have not provided a single piece of evidence that Shaykh Rabī‘ ibn Hādī encourages this, so we will bring counter-evidence to demolish that lie. In S͟hayk͟h Rabī (رحمه الله)’s sharḥ on Imam Al-S͟habuni’s book ʿAqīdah al-Salaf wa Aṣḥāb al-Ḥadīth, page 240, he says: "As long as the ruler is within the circle of Islam, obedience to him is obligatory in obedience to Allāh, and there is no obedience to him in disobedience to Allāh. The Ahl al-Ḥadīth follow this methodology; we do not obey anyone in disobedience to Allāh, whoever he may be after the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ. If a Ṣaḥābī commanded you to disobey Allāh, you do not obey. Even when the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ once sent an army and appointed a man over them who lit a fire and said, “Enter it,” some wanted to enter, while others said, “We have fled from it.” This was mentioned to the Prophet ﷺ, and he said to those who wanted to enter it: “If you enter it, you will remain in it until the Day of Resurrection.” And to the others he said a good statement: “There is no obedience in disobedience to Allāh; obedience is only in what is good (maʿrūf).” This was a Ṣaḥābī! We do not obey him in disobedience to Allāh." On the same page, S͟hayk͟h Rabī (رحمه الله) continues to say: “If the ruler commands you with disobedience to Allāh — for example, he says to you: ‘Kill so-and-so,’ or ‘Take the wealth of so-and-so’ — then it is not permissible for you to obey him. For the Prophet ﷺ said: ‘There is no obedience to any created being in disobedience to Allāh.’ And the ruler is a created being just like you — Allāh placed him over you and commanded you to obey him in obedience to Allāh.”
Key Features of the Madkhali Methodology ✍🏼 Shaykh Hasan b. Ali al-Kettani

640 Refutation of the one who claims that the Imām and Scholar of Hadith, Rabīʿ ibn Hādī ʿUmayr al-Madkhalī, was affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood The Eminent Scholar, Prof. Dr. Rabīʿ ibn Hādī—may Allah have mercy on him—stated: "I assure you and those like you among the lackeys of the [Muslim] Brotherhood that I have never, at any single day, been an Ikhwānī at all. Rather, I was opposed to the political methods they manifested, and I used to advise them earnestly and call them to the methodology of the Salaf. They would rarely ever disclose some of their methods in my presence, out of fear of my critique of them and my assault against what they exhibited of their methodology. Nor did I ever call to anything from their methodology; rather, I used to combat it and its likes in my lessons, and I have no call whatsoever except to the Salafi methodology." — ʿUmdat al-Abiyy fī Radd Taʾṣīlāt wa-Ḍalālāt ʿAlī al-Ḥalabī, p. 640.

Shaykh ʿUbayd al-Jābirī on Dividing Scholars as Those Who Understand Manhaj and Those Who Do Not - "If a Salafi makes a mistake, do not publicise his mistake among the general public or those of particular standing. Rather, advise him...." Question: Is the following statement correct? We request your clarification, may Allah reward you with goodness. “The scholars of Ahl al-Sunnah are divided into two categories: scholars who understand Manhaj and scholars who do not understand Manhaj.” Answer: No, this is absolutely incorrect. There is no scholar among the scholars of Ahl al-Sunnah except that he understands ʿAqīdah and Manhaj, and explains and establishes ʿAqīdah and Manhaj. However, a Sunni scholar may sometimes make a mistake. His mistake is not to be followed, and he is rewarded, if Allah wills, for his ijtihād. We preserve his dignity and do not follow him in his error. And I say: I urge you, by Allah, to give due attention to the Sunnah! You must exercise gentleness and wisdom. Cooperate with one another upon righteousness and piety. If a Salafi makes a mistake, do not publicise his mistake among the general public or those of particular standing. Rather, advise him. backbiting the scholars and the rulers is more evil than backbiting the regular people Imam Ibn al-ʿUthaymīn رحمه الله تعالى states: "The bottom line is that backbiting (ghībah) is prohibited and is among the major sins, especially if the backbiting is directed at those in authority, whether rulers or scholars. For indeed, backbiting these individuals is far graver than backbiting other people; because backbiting scholars diminishes the esteem of the knowledge in their chests and that which they teach to the people, so the people will not accept the knowledge they impart, which is a detriment to the religion. And backbiting the rulers diminishes the people's respect and reverence for them, so they rebel against them; and if the people rebel against the rulers, then do not ask about the resulting chaos." For those who want to understand what S͟hayk͟h Muḥammad Ibn Ibrāhīm is saying here, he is essentially saying that there are 2 types of legislators, one whose Shahada is completely nullified (i.e a disbelief that expels from the Deen) and one whose Shahada is only partially nullified (i.e a disbelief that does not expel from the Deen)

protect yourself from Shirk, O Muslims! Narrated by Abū Bakr al-Ṣiddīq (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Shirk among you is more subtle than the creeping of an ant. Shall I not direct you to something which, if you do it, will rid you of minor shirk as well as major shirk? Say: 'Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika an ushrika bika wa-anā aʿlam, wa-astaghfiruka limā lā aʿlam' "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowingly associating partners with You, and I seek Your forgiveness for that which I do not know."

Masking Da’wah with your perverted ideology of Sitting with non Mahram is ludicrous. Unfortunately we are not surprised with this Pathetic girl. This isn’t the first time her or her friends have done this stupid act. This isn’t Da’wah. Nor is it blessed in the eyes of Allah ﷻ, you’ve made yourself look like a fool over and over. May Allah guide you and those around you who think wearing a shiesty and a tight belt with an anime robe is Islamic. By Allah, you, Korra, Tina, Maki, and others have done no benefit for the Muslimeen nor women in the da’wah scene. We see Korra literally embark upon the road to Kufr, you likewise with that Mohammed Qunjab (hijab) - allowing him to spread his Kufr ideologies. May Allah humiliate you fools. And for the brothers thinking this is harsh, fear Allah, they’ve been spoken to, the Proofs have been established.
ITACHII X MICHAEL PORTER JR INTERVIEW COMING SOON ! InshAllah we keep spreading the dawah far and wide !

when does Istiḥlāl of that which is forbidden reach disbelief? Shaykh Ibn al-ʿUthaymīn رحمه الله said: "Istihlāl is to believe that what Allah has forbidden is lawful. As for istihlāl 'amali, it is looked into: if this act of deeming permissible is from that which constitutes disbelief, then he is a disbeliever and an apostate. For example, if a person deals in usury without believing it to be lawful, but persists upon it, he does not commit disbelief; because he does not deem it permissible. However, if he says: "Riba is halal"—meaning by that the usury which Allah has forbidden—then he commits disbelief; because he has denied Allah and His Messenger. Therefore, istihlāl is of two types: istihlāl (in action), and istihlāl in belief with the heart. istihlāl in action looks at the act itself: does it constitute disbelief or not? It is well known that consuming usury does not make a person a disbeliever, but it is among the major sins. However, if he prostrates to an idol, this constitutes disbelief; because the act itself is disbelief. This is the criterion. Furthermore, there must be another condition: that this person who deems it permissible is not excused due to ignorance. If he is excused due to ignorance—such as a person who is new to Islam and does not know that intoxicants are forbidden—even if he deems it permissible, he does not commit disbelief until he knows that it is forbidden. Then, if he persists after being informed, he becomes a disbeliever." Liqāʾ al-Bāb al-Maftūḥ (3/63-4)

THE CONSEQUENCES OF ATTACKING AND DISPARAGING THE SCHOLARS - Shaykh Ṣāliḥ Āl al-Shaykh 1. A scholar makes a mistake. A scholar who generally adheres to the evidence exercises ijtihād but errs in one or two matters. 2. His mistake becomes a reason to disparage him. Instead of rejecting his mistake while preserving his honour, people begin attacking and speaking ill of him. 3. The scholars are discredited. Those who guide the people to the Sharīʿah become targets of attacks and disparagement. 4. A blow is struck against the Sharīʿah. The scholars are the inheritors of the Prophets and guide people to the religion. Attacking them in this manner undermines their position as guides to the Sharīʿah. 5. Shayṭān and his allies rejoice. Nothing brings them greater joy than seeing those who guide people to the Sharīʿah being attacked. 6. The people become confused. They no longer know whom to turn to for religious guidance. 7. Trust in the scholars is lost. The people no longer have anyone in whom they have confidence and trust. 8. The people are left without reliable guidance. They either have no one to guide them or no longer trust those qualified to do so. 9. The people begin following their desires. Without trusted scholarly guidance, they proceed according to their own inclinations. 10. They go astray and lead others astray. The result is misguidance, both for themselves and for those who follow them. THE CONSEQUENCES IN SUMMARY A scholar makes a mistake ↓ He is unjustly disparaged ↓ The scholars are discredited ↓ A blow is struck against the Sharīʿah ↓ The people become confused ↓ Trust in the scholars is lost ↓ Reliable guidance is abandoned ↓ People follow their desires ↓ They go astray and lead others astray. THE METHODOLOGY OF AHL AL-SUNNAH When a scholar exercises ijtihād and errs, his mistake is not followed, but he is not disparaged on account of it. Safeguarding the tongue from speaking ill of the people of knowledge is among the distinguishing characteristics of the Victorious Group and the Saved Sect. Correcting a scholar’s mistake is one matter. Unjustly attacking and discrediting him is another. May Allah protect us from extremism and injustice in our dealings with the scholars, including the excesses of the Ḥaddādiyyah and watering of the Mumayyiʿah. May Allah preserve the scholars of the Sunnah, protect their honour, grant them steadfastness upon the truth, and enable us to recognise their virtue while accepting the truth and rejecting mistakes with knowledge, justice and fairness.
