Absolutely incredible… "Wedgewood Polls" just admitted they are a fake polling firm and made up their polls. Their fake polls have been posted in both the NYT and Nate Silver’s averages.

If only the Governor or his team understood the difference between electricity and energy—or how an electricity grid works—maybe they wouldn’t have the highest electricity prices in the continental U.S. CA’s grid continues to shrink—producing less electricity than it did 10 years ago. FYI, Gavin: More than 70% of CA total energy consumption today comes from oil and natural gas.
More than 9 out of 10 days this year, California has run on 100% CLEAN ENERGY for at least part of the day. All while powering the FOURTH largest economy in the world.

Next week will mark the first time that a purpose built Robotaxi (Cybercab) with no steering wheel or pedals that can be mass produced will offer rides to members of the general public in North America, and 99% of the population has zero clue this is about to happen.

I was incredibly concerned with the debt. Now I get it. It’s never going down. The budget will never get balanced. Both parties don’t care and if they say they do they are lying. Fighting about taxes is silly. We can’t tax our way out of it. There isn’t enough tax revenue to be extracted. We are going to print our way out of it. 5% real inflation forever. What’s 40 trillion in debt if we inflate the gdp to 100 trillion? It’s the only choice. Both sides want to keep spending. My thesis the next 30 years: The dollar will be worth less tomorrow than today. The government will promise anything and spend everything. Plan accordingly.
Here is where our $40 trillion in debt comes from:

Every famous death in The Odyssey is the same crime. The Trojan War? Started because a houseguest stole his host's wife. The cyclops? Blinded for eating his visitors. The suitors? Slaughtered for overstaying their welcome in another man's home. Nolan read it correctly. Homer wrote 3,000 years ago about one thing: how you treat strangers decides whether civilization holds. Here's why the Greeks were obsessed with it. Ancient Greece had no hotels, no cops, no ID. If you traveled anywhere, you knocked on a stranger's door and hoped. So they made hospitality sacred. Feed the stranger. Give him a bed. Don't ask his name until after dinner. Zeus himself enforced the rule, and any beggar at your door might be a god in disguise. So you treated every stranger like a king. Break the rule and the gods break you. That's the entire plot. We still carry the proof in our mouths. Guest, host, and hostile all come from the same ancient word. A stranger at your door was always both things at once. Nolan bet $250 million that after 3,000 years, we still need the reminder. $257 million opening weekend, his biggest ever, says he was right.
Christopher Nolan says THE ODYSSEY is ultimately about the idea that a society can only function through respect for strangers. He believes that, despite nearly 3,000 years since Homer wrote the epic, that fundamental truth about human nature hasn’t changed.

BREAKING: The House has passed legislation to make Daylight Saving Time permanent nationwide, ending the twice-a-year clock changes by a 308-117 vote. Backed by President Trump, the bill now heads to the Senate. If approved and signed into law, Americans would no longer have to change their clocks.

Trump is taking the train from Dickinson to Medora for the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library opening to follow in the footsteps of how Teddy used to travel there. That’ll be pretty cool. Apparently there’s been ospreys surveying the entire route back and forth to plan for protection. That’s a lot of open ground and bad landsy spots to cover. A big C17 globemaster landed in Bismarck today too. Must be carrying the motorcade. 🇺🇸
