Remember Elon's reply the other day in response to Amazon banning bot agent purchases?
"Maybe we should start a competitor to Amazon."
Say hello to 'X Prime'
The 194m Amazon Prime US subscribers spend twice as much as normal Amazon customers
Prime is the key driver of these sky-high CLTVs.
The X Subscription is the exact same playbook.
There are two lessons here for us all.
1. Low-ticket front-end products are some of the most important offers you'll ever make.
2. Every business can sell continuity of some kind.
What does your offer look like?
The key with AI is to understand how it can be used authentically and intelligently.
In this case John has way more valuable info he can share than he thinks he does.
He just doesn't have a mechanism to get it out from him.
He should use this micro-prompt to turn AI into an interviewer.
“Interview me one question at a time about my business. Why I created it, who it helps, how and why. Probe and ask in-depth follow-ups to clarify. Then draft a clear summary of what I’ve told you. Don’t add assumptions, your own opinions or invent facts; flag anything that’s still unclear.”
Then he needs to use voice dictate mode and just start.
The result will be an authentic draft a human editor could review and work with, quickly and inexpensively.
I got my wife to do something similar recently.
She spent hours talking about previous jobs, which she then asked the AI to summarize and use to update her resume.
Worked amazingly - and she loved the process.
She'd forgotten how much knowledge she had about events from 10-20 years ago.
This is a genuinely useful & 100% authentic use of AI tech.
This is exactly why GEO is taking over
Anyone who didn't see this just wasn't paying attention
However, AI still needs to cite authoritative sources on topics
Your website can still be cited and get 'pre-sold' traffic that converts 5x higher
If you want an in-depth GEO-audit that shows exactly how your website ranks in AI search along with a step-by-step plan how to improve it, then dm me
Btw, 100% free.
Google announces it will now prioritize AI-generated answers in search results over human-written website articles
• Search will be centered around a reimagined ‘intelligent search box’
• Starts next Tuesday

I call it the 'AI Hangover'
And made a 2-min, 12-question quiz that'll check how big your hangover is...
corpuswire.com/ai-hangover
Harvard Business Review research reveals that excessive interaction with AI is causing a specific type of mental exhaustion ( or "AI brain fry"), which is particularly hitting high performers who use AI to push past their normal limits.
A survey of 1,500 workers reveals that AI is intensifying workloads rather than reducing them, leading to a new form of mental fog.
While AI is generally supposed to lighten the load, it often forces users into constant task-switching and intense oversight that actually clutters the mind.
This mental static happens because you aren't just doing your job anymore; you are managing multiple digital agents and double-checking their work, which creates a massive cognitive burden.
The study found that 14% of full-time workers already feel this fog, with the highest impact seen in technical fields like software development, IT, and finance.
High oversight is the biggest culprit, as supervising multiple AI outputs leads to a 12% increase in mental fatigue and a 33% jump in decision fatigue.
This isn't just a personal health issue; it directly impacts companies because exhausted employees are 10% more likely to quit.
For massive firms worth many B, this decision paralysis can lead to millions of dollars in lost value due to poor choices or total inaction.
Essentially, we are working harder to manage our tools than we are to solve the actual problems they were meant to fix.

Last year I told everyone AI made me 10× faster.
This year I built a diagnostic to find out what it actually cost.
12 symptoms. I scored 9.

The honeymoon was 10× faster.
But the hangover is the downloads folder.
Because the model was never the bottleneck.
The bottleneck is what happens next.
There’s nowhere for the output to land.
No system to absorb it.
No workflow to turn it into something real.
So it piles up.
Version after version.
File after file.
Prompt after prompt.
Not progress.
Just residue.

Vibe coding is like pre-school
It serves a purpose
But very quickly you need to outgrow it and take a more serious approach - especially if you're building real apps or infrastructure
Your AI won't tell you this however
You need to educate yourself first
The good news is this...
Real human experience is only becoming more not less necessary in the flood of ai tools and agents
Cant help but feel we live in an AI bubble here on X
While in the real world most owners still run their businesses on spreadsheets.
Start with doing the simple stuff better before you think you need an AI agent swarm on OpenClaw.
Ryan is correct - I made a TT video about this yesterday tiktok.com/@iamjameswatson1/…
If you're thinking about implementing AI in your business, do yourself a favor and ignore everyone selling AI tools.
(And I say that as someone who uses Claude Code, Cursor, and half a dozen AI models every single day.)
Tools change every six months. We were using Cursor before we switched to Claude Code. Before that it was something else. The tool is completely and utterly irrelevant.
What actually matters is the ORDER you do things in. And this order has been the same for decades, long before AI existed:
1. PROCESS: Map out what your business actually does. Not what you THINK it does. What it ACTUALLY does, including the invisible stuff.
2. DATABASE: Build a single source of truth where every object in your business (clients, projects, deliverables, team members) relates to every other object naturally.
3. AUTOMATION: Now, and ONLY now, layer automation and AI on top.
If you skip steps 1 and 2 and jump straight to "let me build an AI agent that handles my client comms"... you're going to have a terrifying time.
Imagine I walked up to you and said:
"Trust me, I built an AI bot. It's going to send all your Slack messages, do all your sales calls, and post all the content for your clients. Want me to turn it on?"
Your answer should be absolutely not. Because even if it worked 95% of the time, the 5% where it screws up would destroy client relationships you spent years building.
But if you had a clean process, a single source of truth, and clear visibility into what's happening at every stage... then deploying an AI agent on ONE specific step becomes a no-brainer. You can see what it's doing, check the output, and course-correct in real time.
This is essentially the factory model. Break your business into an assembly line. Then decide which stations get a human and which stations get a machine. (And this approach has worked since the industrial revolution. AI didn't change the fundamentals.)
3 months is an age in AI automation.
Interest in Claude code has significantly overtake n8n.
Shouldn't be a surprise to anyone but it is a reminder...
Don't just focus on learning tools, no matter how good they are.
Instead, focus on the skills needed to learn newer and better tools when they become available.
Because its only a matter of time before a new, Claude Code beater arrives.
If you're unsure what to do, this should be your plan
If you're hyper-ambitious but without direction, spend all your time doing this right now:
1. Keep up with what's happening in AI – the latest tools, releases, news.
2. Tinker with vibe coding and AI agents. Continuously try to automate more of your work.
3. Write on LinkedIn and X, or make TikToks. Build your surface area for future optionality.
4. Find your community of equally ambitious people to tinker with and share advice.
5. Push your boundaries of what you believe is possible with technology and media, every single day.
I've spent 100+ hours this month building with Claude Opus 4.6.
Here's what nobody on X will tell you:
It can architect a flawless, multi-step plan in seconds — then forget to update a version number it already got corrected on.
In the same conversation.
AI is simultaneously brilliant and brain-dead. Accept that and you'll 10x your results.
My workflow: build in Claude, then QA with ChatGPT.
Two different AIs checking each other like sparring partners.
2-3 rounds of this and the output jumps 90%.
One-shot prompting is a party trick.
Ruthless QA is where the money is.
The #1 myth about automating your business
Everyone says they want AI in their business.
But here’s the myth:
Most B2B service owners think automation means replacing people with software.
It doesn’t.
Real automation isn’t about cutting headcount.
It’s about removing the repetitive, low-leverage work that stops your best people from doing what you actually hired them for.
- The manual reporting.
- The copy-paste admin.
- The back-and-forth coordination.
- The “busy” work that eats entire days.
When you automate that layer, something changes.
Your team stops operating as task-completers and starts operating as problem-solvers.
That’s where the real ROI lives.
And here’s the part most people miss:
The businesses getting real results from AI aren’t shrinking their teams.
They’re freeing them up.
They’re increasing output without increasing stress.
They’re improving margins without burning out their best operators.
Automation isn’t about replacing humans.
It’s about amplifying the right ones.
If you’re running a B2B service business, the question isn’t “How do I replace people?”
It’s:
Where is repetitive work quietly draining my best talent?
That’s where you start.
