4 years ago on the 27th of September 2022 (I forgot/missed the anniversary) I published my first ever book The Path of An Eagle: How To Overcome & Lead After Being Knocked Down. Iāve always said that itās Godās story and Iām just blessed to share it with people. Itās crazy to see what God has done with this book 4 years later. When it released it wasnāt a best-seller. It still isnāt. But I still get messages from people Iāve never met saying how it has impacted their life for good. If it changes just one soul for good then itās worth it.
There are many lessons that I write about in The Path of An Eagle. I was 23 when I started writing it. I published it 2 years later. Iām 30 now. All the lessons I wrote about as a 23 year old are the same lessons I live by and teach people today. The power of persistence, humility, integrity, not giving up, taking the hard path, giving God the glory and perseverance. Discipline helps build resilience and you can only build discipline and resilience through pain and hard work.
I sometimes read my book again and Iām instantly struck by the fact that God gave a 23 year old wisdom probably well beyond his years due to experience. I wouldnāt change a thing in this book. God is the author of my story. He gave me a great one.
I want to write another book. Because there are many more lessons Iāve been blessed to learn since writing this book. I havenāt had the time sadly. I had envisioned 3 books in total. The Path of an Eagle, The Way of an Eagle and The Heart of an Eagle. We shall see what God does next. Iām gonna have to make the time.
A saying that I created and I live by. āIf you say you canāt, you wonāt. If you say you can, you will.ā So whatās stopping you? Try. You never know where it might take you.
