Been holding @GutterCatGang since the beginning. Watched it get extracted, mismanaged, and nearly killed. Most of us just held and hoped. About a year ago a holder @javmdpr finally took the reins. No promises. No roadmap. Just quiet work. I was lucky enough to be able to contribute to some of the items below: brand direction, creative strategy, package design, getting the right pieces in place behind the scenes. Just doing my part as a long-time holder. Here's what's actually happened since @javmdpr took over: The original 4K art was nearly lost — degraded and out of the project's control. It's been fully restored and secured. Every holder now owns what they were supposed to own from day one, available after the contract migrations of both cats + all species. A 100-piece Bitcoin Ordinals collection dropped and 80 pieces were collected during the event many OTC after. First legitimate Gutter provenance on BTC, with expansion infrastructure now in place. The OG artist who contributed to Gutter's entire visual identity? Back in the fold and available for future work. High-end physical merch has been in dev for a while, with the first premium sneaker drop now live. Not mass market—the kind of thing that reflects what Gutter actually is. Gutter Blueprint dropped quietly last week, finally addressing the multi-cycle-long question "Wtf is Gutter building?!" Much needed clarity around why anyone would want to collect a cat. Folks taking notice and slowly dipping their toes back in. Gutter isn't loud right now. But the foundation being built quietly is more solid than anything this project has had since mint. None of this is FA. The biggest part of web3 is exclusive access to something bigger, and GCG is one of the best IPs on ETH. Still here. Still collecting. Gang mf gang 👊
