We know this because they have tried several times, but there is no Senator Manchin or Sinema to stop them this time.

-every pro-gun policy by the ATF will be reversed
-the program to restore gun rights for prohibited individuals will be yanked
-the Second Amendment Section will be disbanded
-massive amounts of federal funds will be directed to gun control measures such as safe storage and red flag laws
-the DOJ will resume aggressive prosecution of any perceived technical or paper crime
-the ATF will resume hostilities against federally licensed firearms dealers and small family businesses
-the administration will sign legislation reinstating the excise tax at a inflation-adjusted level over $4,000
-there will likely be a witch hunt targeted at those who assembled, manufactured, or purchased NFA firearms without registering them

My Six Penny Plan would cut six cents off every projected dollar that the federal government spends, and balance the budget in 5 years. It’s not complicated. Washington just needs the will to do it.
