@ASPCA finding the process to adopt a kitten exhausting. I've been to your location 3 times this week and see multiple kittens displayed behind glass - my kids fall in love, but the staff their just says they have no information on the kittens and to just "monitor" the website.

I religiously refresh day and night and all of a sudden the kittens we were interested in, end up on happy tails. When I inquire again or text the adoption coordinator all I get is "monitor the website"

The model of displaying cats that are not adoptable seems misleading. I've begged and pleaded we will give two kittens a forever home. And all I get in response is no information and to watch the website.
