Today we tabled legislation that would ensure hiring and promotion decisions in the public sector are based on merit, not DEI policies. Mandatory workplace training will be relevant to the roles and responsibilities of the employee, instead of mandatory DEI sessions.

The Canadian and Alberta flags were already required. The real story isn’t which flags schools must fly, it’s which flags Danielle Smith & this government wants to stop them from flying. Quite the difference. 🖕
Starting January 4, every school in Alberta will proudly fly both the Canadian and Alberta flags, and any other flags will only be temporarily displayed when they serve a clear educational, commemorative or community purpose.
Let’s teach our children to celebrate our amazing country and province.
