My story is simple. For years I worked hard, saved hard. But that never seemed to move the needle. In 2023, I started investing. From $0 to $130k in 3 years. Nothing special. Just buying quality dividend companies on repeat. As a designer, I built Yieldr to help other folks build wealth. It’s the research platform I wished I had. Let’s connect and grow together!

Playing with the weightings of my core ETFs. Same four ($SCHD $CGDV $GPIQ $TMGN), three ways to stack them. Dividend growth, equal weight, or high yield tilt. Which one are you?

Dividend investors 👋 What’s your favorite metric to follow? Mine: Free Cash Flow. Quality businesses have growing FCF behind those payouts!

$ADC pays me $33 on Friday Nov 13. Small, steady, on schedule. Not the biggest payday in the portfolio, but it's the most boring in the best way. Retail boxes, re-tenant easily, dividend keeps showing up.

A great reminder from Warren Buffet in his 1994 shareholder letter… “We will continue to ignore political and economic forecasts, which are an expensive distraction for many investors and businessmen.”

Here’s my dividend ETF stack: steady growers on the bottom, income in the middle, and a small experiment on top. What's your stack look like? $SCHD $CGDV $GPIQ $TMGN

One underrated sign of financial progress: You can afford the upgrade. You want the upgrade. You decide not to buy it. Not because you're afraid to spend. Because you finally understand what that money could do for your future. Being able to buy something and choosing not to are two different forms of freedom.

My man. On here dropping the truth.
Today was the worst market decline since the last one you don’t remember or care about anymore.

On BIG red days like this, dividend investors can keep their eyes on the prize. Cash flow matters! My portfolio is bringing in: $4k a year 🙌 $340 a month 💪

When you’ve spent the last year building your hedge with funds like $SCHD You can come in on red🔻days and buy the sell-off. (Not advice, just sharing what I am doing)

One thing I love about building Yieldr is adding small touches that help investors share their journey. You can create shareable snapshots of your stocks all throughout the app. Better customer experience is a win 🤝

Might have bought a little too early today $GPIQ 😬

$SCHD 🤝 $GPIQ Value vs. growth with the same job: generate passive income. Holding both means there’s always an opportunity to buy the unloved side.🤑

Confession: I’ve never trimmed a position. ✂️ I occasionally sell a stock completely, but outside that, I just keep buying over time. Am I missing something or playing a smart long game?
