complimenting a stranger’s halloween costume in NYC is similar to congratulating a stranger on their pregnancy. you better be 100% sure they don’t just Look Like That

insane thing about ycse no one is talking about is the title. a reference to the text liz sent and the full frontal, but also (most importantly?) a reference to her claim "the device can run any test." you can theoretically see everything, that doesn't mean you are

This is why You Can See Everything is a masterpiece Near the very beginning, Holmes and Billy say a NYT reporter quoted Holmes as saying, “They’re playing a character I created.” The couple contends that Holmes wouldn’t say that and, instead, said “They’re playing a character they created.” One word changes the meaning from guilty to innocent. Then the film builds up to Fielder having a similar moment, where he has to decide if Holmes said “I knew [Billy] was talking to you about it” or “about something.” One makes her look guilty, the other innocent. Understanding this is the key to understanding the deeper meaning of the entire film

god forbid the little guy wants to watch a movie
Currently in a theater that’s being invaded by mice. I saw one. But then saw others. Kind of distracting. I am going to make a list later: movies where I encountered mice in the theater. I think this is the 4th time it’s happened while I’ve been in NYC.

'OTHER MOMMY’ will feature a jump scare every 2 minutes, according to director Rob Savage. He revealed the film contains around 50 jump scares throughout the 80 minute runtime. In theaters tomorrow.

almost got bit by no trailers, film twitter saved me though #diggervistavision
“the odyssey in imax 70mm has no trailers” was a successful psyop by Big Theatre in order to get people there on time, reduce the amount of time between showings, and then have no trouble squeezing in an extra showing into the schedule im not mad at it

Digger. First 30 minutes I'm thinking this is one of the worst movies I've ever seen. The secret hook is annoying. An hour into it, I just want to walk out. Then about 15 minutes later, the hook is justified. The story's context and stakes finally reveals itself, and then I'm on board. Then it becomes fascinating. I'm liking this magic trick. It goes from Kubrick to Woody Allen to Fellini then finally its own thing. I loved being pulled back into it when I had given up on it. Very cool.
