And the #ios13 surprises continue! Homepod and Apple Music automation is now possible. Can now set alarms to play music/radio with Homepod or Airplay2 speakers in the Home app. Also enables audio alarms for motion detectors and window/door sensors. Homekit FTW.
Lots to love in iOS 13, but one feature I was holding out for was a no show. When can we get custom sorting for Shared Albums @Apple? The default sorting of “3 weeks later, when my mother finally has an hour to figure it out” isn’t good enough. I just want to sort by date taken.
Can we PLEASE bring back the lyme disease vaccine? It’s absolutely horrific to think my kids wont have a future that includes playing in the woods without fear of catching a serious disease.
It’s a serious risk right now, and its only getting worse.
A vaccine existed 20 years ago, but the low risk of contracting the disease and the threat of legal action from mis-informed anti-vaxers caused the vaccine manufacturer to halt production.
Where’s the homekit compatible remotes we were promised at WWDC18? Crestron, Control4, and Savant had pledged support, but where are they now? My home theatre has SO much tech in it, why isn’t it integrated yet?

Setting up Sony PS remote play app on my iPad Pro and grabbed an mFi controller from my AppleTV. Wait, my iPad has a remote play app, why doesn’t my AppleTV? Sony, where is the AppleTV Remote Play app?
@CaavoInc you need to make your AppleTV companion app available in the Canadian iTunes Store.

If we’re away on holidays during recycling pickup, where can we drop off blue bin recycling before we leave? @ottawacity @JLeiper @KitchissippiOtt
.@flexibits iPad app could use a full-day calendar style view when in slide over. I’m interested in seeing the gaps in my day to schedule appointments. I’d prefer this view over the dayticker.
.@ottawacity how do we not have curbside plastic bag recycling? The city recycling website says to throw them in our regular garbage. That’s disgusting and you should be ashamed. And saying “take them to a grocer to recycle” is not a good enough answer.
oh man @Apple, you gotta build better alarm support for the homepod. I just want to listen to the radio when i get up. no “Siri” commands. just play the radio at 6am. why is that so hard?
If the new iPad Pro has FaceID, where is the notch? None of the “leaked” renders show a notch. So where is that little camera going to be? Has Apple figured out how to hide it?
Anyone know if the @IkonPass is Direct-To-Lift? Or do I have to get tickets from a window at every resort?
