Pride can keep you from being honest with yourself and others-a lesson I've learned running my restaurants. Admitting what I don't know has built a stronger team and better guest experiences. That's why our hospitality, service, food and craft beer keep folks coming back.
My biggest downfall is assuming people will do what I think they will do. Has burned me more than I like to say. Thats why, communication, communication and more communication is the best recipe for success.
Man, Chef Albert has been killing it lately! If you are in the area, you have to try one of our new comfort bowls!
When a keg springs a leak, you don’t let good beer go to waste! Half this bad boy drained due to a faulty seal, but I hooked up a tap, hauled it back to Reno, and we saved the rest in a new keg. The things we do to keep the brews flowing at The Fox! #FoxBrewpub #BrewLife
Do not let anyone’s opinion of what you are doing stop you for being you! You, just have to get out of your own
18 yrs of getting knocked down, never out. 7 restaurants, 3 closed, 1 sold, buried in debt. Moved to Mexico to cut costs, rebuilt, opened a spot, bought property in Reno & expanded The Fox. “Change takes grit & a kick in the pants.” I’m proof you can change. Your comeback story?

Hey all, it’s Jim! We made it—2 yrs at Reno Fox! It wasn’t easy, but we tackled challenges daily, step by step, for this big win. Grateful for our awesome team & community making it home. Thanks for being part of it! 🍺 #RenoFox
