It took me SEVEN years to figure out that you can save a ggplot as a vectorized .svg file ggsave("file.svg"). The svg file can be opened on powerpoint and it will be completely vectorized, even text are still recognized as text boxes! No more recreating plots on illustrator!!!!!

What is the origin of our body? Our paper @CellCellPress shows that when a human embryo is one day old and comprises just two cells, only one cell will create most of the fetus in addition to placenta, while the other cell will create placenta.

Thrilled to share that the central story of my PhD is now published in Development! We dig into how cell behavior and fate are intertwined, specifically in the context of how varying TBXT dosage influences the development of the nascent mesoderm.
