Hey ⁠@GoDaddy⁠ ⁠@GoDaddyHelp⁠, your internal systems failed to sync an email update, told our IRS-approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit that "no action was required" to renew ⁠mylifestory.org⁠, and then silently auctioned our domain off when a billing alert went to a dead email.

Frontline support says there's "no way to talk to a manager," but we have the emails proving your system glitch caused this loss. We need an executive escalation immediately to recover our charity’s domain. Office of the CEO has been emailed.

Hi @LinkedInHelp, my profile was locked right after updating my employment details to accurately reflect my current ventures.
