“Swipe fees are brutal. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard from a retailer that they pay more in swipe fees than they do for the rent or the mortgage on their businesses, which is crazy,” Fastime convenience stores owner Jigar “JP” Patel says. He says the #CreditCardCompetitionAct “would create one of the biggest cash flows for independents and be a big boon to this group, considering how much they currently pay on a monthly basis.”

The name “Krishna” signifies absolute attraction. To overcome the illusions of the material world, one must find something far more captivating to focus on. Krishna is that ultimate attraction at every stage of life: a mischievous companion for children, a talented friend for the youth, a valiant hero for the courageous, “Yogeshwar” for seekers, a master strategist for leaders, and the source of ultimate wisdom for elders.

#WATCH | Bengaluru: AAP leader Manish Sisodia joined the celebrations marking 45 years of the Art of Living Foundation’s service to humanity at the Art of Living International Center in Bengaluru. AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann were also present at the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Manish Sisodia says, "...I feel we are incredibly fortunate to have received the guidance and wisdom of a master like Gurudev (Sri Sri Ravi Shankar) during our lifetime... Arvind Kejriwal and I have been blessed by Gurudev since around 2008... I continued to receive those blessings, yet, perhaps due to my own lack of readiness, a long time passed after 2008 during which I still hadn't learned the Sudarshan Kriya... As the saying goes, God orchestrates everything in His own way. I was sent to jail, of all places, to learn the Sudarshan Kriya. I hadn't done anything wrong... I feel that perhaps I was sent there for the sake of the books I had read and the wisdom I had gained... I learned the Kriya and practiced it extensively, reaching deep states of 'Samadhi'. I can say with certainty that if I hadn't found Sudarshan Kriya and the many books containing the essence of Gurudev's discourses, I wouldn't have been able to spend those 18 months in prison with such mental strength and resilience, neither during that time nor afterwards, nor perhaps even before it..."
