Sugar is the enemy β
STOP DRINKING SUGAR (yes, even fruit juice)
This one change alone, if adopted by everyone in modern society, would cut roughly 1 in 10 new cases of type 2 diabetes worldwide. In some regions it is closer to 1 in 4. And it would bankrupt one big-pharma company and one big-food company.
A 2025 Nature Medicine study looked at sugar-sweetened drinks in 184 countries. In 2020 those drinks were tied to 2.2 million new cases of type 2 diabetes. That is 9.8% of all new cases on earth. In Latin America and the Caribbean it was 24.4%, and in sub-Saharan Africa it was 21.5%.
Novo Nordisk made about two-thirds of its 2025 sales from diabetes care. Add their obesity drugs and it is over 9 of every 10 sales dollars. Coca-Cola still lists sparkling soft drinks as 69% of its worldwide volume, and only about 31% of what they sell is low- or no-calorie.
Both of those companies are counting on you to keep drinking sugar. Cut it out and watch what happens to your blood sugar.

How many green flags did you get? Drop your score out of 6 πβ
π©
Here's WHY each one is a green flag or a red flag:
β
You follow up 5 times before you give up
Most people quit after one message. But people are busy, distracted and living their lives. "No reply" usually means "not right now," not "no." The money is in the follow-up most people are too scared to send.
π© You argue with every objection
An objection is a question wearing a disguise. When you argue, they defend their position, and now you're in a fight instead of a conversation. Get curious instead. Ask what's behind it.
β
You remember their kids' names
People don't buy from the best salesperson. They buy from the person who made them feel seen. When you remember what matters to them, you stop being a salesperson and start being someone they trust.
π© You send your link in the first message
Would you propose on a first date? A link in the first message says "I want something from you" before you've given anything. Start a real conversation first. The link can wait.
π© You drop your price the second they hesitate
Hesitation isn't a no. It's usually a question they haven't asked yet. Drop your price and you teach them your value was negotiable all along. Ask what's holding them back instead.
β
You pray before you prospect
I ask God who I should reach out to before I send a single message. It changes how I show up: I'm not chasing, I'm serving. π
Which one do you disagree with? Let's talk in the comments π

Replying to @ClevelandClinic
Beth has legitimate expertise in nutrition, and her opinions deserve consideration. However, her clinical nutrition credentials don't necessarily make her a specialist in immunology, colostrum-derived antibodies or transfer factor research.
That distinction is important when evaluating products such as 4Life Transfer Factor. Bovine colostrum and isolated transfer factor preparations aren't necessarily interchangeable, and the research needs to be examined for each specific preparation.
I would give significant weight to published human clinical trials, their methodology, sample sizes and reproducibilityβnot simply someone's credentials or opinion.
One important distinction: An expert saying there isn't enough evidence to recommend a supplement is not the same as proving the supplement doesn't work.
