Why does Swinney shout 'RACISM' every five minutes?
If it's an insecurity thing, maybe he should, as a so-callled politician, try shouting 'DEMOCRACY'

Rejected for more than 1,000 jobs, this blind applicant starts making the products he needs himself
Brandon Hulcoop, from Plymouth in Devon, cannot read his own birthday cards or the menus handed to him in restaurants.
He sends more than 1,000 job applications without securing a job, and the repeated refusals leave him struggling to see a future for himself.
He has an idea for a business making things accessible to people with sight loss, but does not know how to get it started.
His work coach refers him to the King's Trust, where training and support help him turn that idea into All Things Dotty.
He begins making greetings cards, menus and games in braille, the raised dots people can read by touch.
His shop grows to include tactile artwork and storybooks in braille, print and audio, alongside personalised messages for cards.
Brandon also creates the UK Sight Loss Collective, bringing people and charities together to campaign over the obstacles they face in education, employment, streets and healthcare.
He also mentors young people who are looking for work.
He also gives free braille tuition to people on low incomes.

“Remember, remember the 5th of November…”
On this day in 1605, the infamous Gunpowder Plot was uncovered, a Catholic conspiracy to blow up the Protestant King James VI & I and the Houses of Parliament. The discovery saved the King and his government from destruction, and news of the failed plot spread swiftly throughout the realm.
In Scotland, the Privy Council wrote to the King expressing their joy and relief at his: “happy delivery from the abominable conspiracy so inhumanely contrived by the devil and his supporters.”
Their gratitude was understandable, Guy Fawkes himself had declared that the plot’s purpose was “to blow you Scotch beggars back to your native mountains.”
From that day onward, November 5th became a night of bonfires, bells, and remembrance, a celebration of survival and a warning against treason. 🔥🎇

On this day in 1650, William III, Prince of Orange, was born.
As someone proud of my Protestant heritage, I reflect on William’s important place in our history and the constitutional changes associated with his reign.
The Glorious Revolution came at a time when the established religious and constitutional settlement in Scotland and England faced serious challenges from an increasingly absolute monarchy under James VII and II. The events of 1688–89 helped secure a different constitutional direction, with greater protection for Parliament and the liberties of the people.
In Scotland, the Estates recognised William’s role, describing the benefits of his intervention in 1689 as:
“The great benefits done to the nation in delivering them from the eminent encroachments on our laws and fundamental constitutions.”
For me, this history is particularly important because it speaks to the value of religious liberty, freedom of conscience, and the principle that the Crown must remain subject to the law.
Whatever our own beliefs today, these are freedoms and constitutional principles worth remembering and protecting.

The ninth and final Celtic-associated convicted serial paedophile is Celtic Soccer Academy coach Mark McAuley.
McAuley’s case is as much an indictment of Celtic FC’s so-called safeguarding policy as it is of McAuley’s paedophile activity.
In January 2019, he was accused of nine charges of sexual offences on two boys under the age of 13, and two under the age of 16.
The Times - 19 January 2022
It is alleged that McAuley repeatedly pinned a child down, put his hand under their trousers and touched their genitals.
He is also accused of asking a child to remove his clothing and inviting them into his bed while he wore only his underwear.
The alleged offences are said to have taken place at addresses in Dunfermline, Edinburgh and Tain in the Highlands, as well as in a vehicle on the A9 and elsewhere, between February 2016 and August 2019.
McAuley’s online CV states that he was an international coach with the Celtic Soccer Academy, which is part of the Premiership club and teaches children to “learn to play the Celtic way”.
Photographs posted online by the academy in 2019 show him working with young boys and girls, wearing Celtic FC training gear, at club-sanctioned training events held in Sweden, Northern Ireland, Qatar and Scotland.

We saw many football clubs pay their respects over the weekend ahead of remembrance Sunday this upcoming weekend 🌹 however for Falkirk yesterday, this was not possible.
Falkirk faced Celtic at home yesterday afternoon but decided to DELAY their remembrance tributes. And we all know why!
With the opponents being who they were, the TV cameras there and previous years of disrespect, we all know what would've happened.
Falkirk next have Hearts away (Sunday 8th November) and then following an international break face St Johnstone on Saturday 21st November which is when they will now have their remembrance tributes.
It is very sad that clubs have to change their plans all because of that one club and their fans who refuse to respect and stay silent for 1 minute and the SFA failing to get a grip of it.
