Working in construction management and using Claude Co Work daily. Not sure what I would have done without it in the tasks I’ve fed it so far. Want to use Grok Bots now. But not sure how to apply. Where do you recommend I start?

Watching in real time in our blue collar back office.
It’s almost incomprehensible how wide the distance is between someone who’s working at the frontier with AI and basically everyone else right now. The crazy thing is these lines are not converging, but only growing farther apart. If the curve of AI progress had leveled off, it would certainly have given most people and companies time to catch up or implement their workflows in a standardized way. The technology would have neutralized competitive advantage because everyone would be using it the same way. But what’s happened is the opposite. The curve of AI progress is basically going vertical right now, which means if you had codified your processes 3-6 months ago you’re likely already behind again. Now imagine most companies that kicked into gear a year ago and thought that they were done. Even further behind now. I’ve never seen a technology in my life and career that improves at this rate, which consequently means you need to upgrade your expectations at a similar rate. Our brains weren’t wired for this, and our organizational change management processes certainly weren’t either. With any form of recursive self improvement, things just get wilder. It’s a time when you will need to be constantly reevaluating the things that didn’t work just a couple months ago to see if they now can be solved. AI native companies certainly have a strong advantage due to this right now, so now it comes down to can the bigger companies keep up. Wild times.

I just sat down with my 12 year old son and walked him through my sales funnel, process, and CRM. Talked to him about branding, marketing, value differentiation, utilizing AI, and consultative selling. Big picture is: if you know the “science” behind selling and revenue focused operations, you can begin the process now of making “art” that results in real income. Public schools are not teaching our kids these kind of lessons. Computer literacy classes are way behind. And sales and entrepreneurship teaching are almost non existent.

Seven years ago I was an Executive Pastor of a multi site mega church in the South. After discovering our Senior Pastor leading a double life, I was fired and went into business soon afterwards. At the time, I sensed I was being “retooled for a new era.” Little did I know that we would subsequently watch leader after leader fall publicly in a steady stream over the last seven years. The retooling starts in my mind with two things. 1. A congregation that dries up funding for any ministry that doesn’t have real accountability for its senior leadership in place. Not boards made up of family, employees and people who owe the leader one. 2. Leadership who seek like live a congruent life, above reproach before God and man, and who willingly and honestly makes themselves accountable to people who have the power to remove them from the ministry and will do it if and when they choose to betray trust.

It’s been almost two months since President Trump took the bold step of officially forming the Task Force to Eliminate Fraud. We’ve already uncovered tens of billions of dollars in defrauded taxpayer money, prosecuted dozens of fraudsters, and stopped billions in suspicious payments. And we’re just getting started. So why has it taken the federal government until now to finally tackle fraud? Because Andrew Ferguson and I are taking a new approach. Here’s how.

“No society has ever progressed by taxing its creators to subsidize its managers.”
Personne n'a planifié.

“Over 40,000 were slaughtered in cold blood, with many more executed, tortured, or thrown in prison. We need help to level the playing field. Then we will rise again—and this time, we will succeed. When we do, we will never forget who stood with us; our debt will be paid in full and more.”
Speaking as someone inside Iran who stayed connected through Starlink during the total internet blackout, I want to say this loud and clear: President Trump’s recent video on Truth Social — showing Iranian protesters writing “President Trump please help” on walls, waving Lion and Sun flags alongside American flags, replaying raw footage of the revolution and saying “I’m with you, I will fight for you and I will win for you” — is music to our ears. The flames of the Lion and Sun uprising have not died down. They are simply waiting for the right moment to roar again. It was @realDonaldTrump, alongside @netanyahu and @PahlaviReza who told us to stay in our homes, stay safe, and wait until help arrives and Operation Epic Fury is complete. That’s exactly what millions of us have been doing. There is enormous pent-up anger, grief, and anxiety inside Iran right now — but also real hope. All of it is ready to be unleashed the moment the opportunity comes. The Iranian people are deeply pro-America. We need America’s support to finally envision a free Iran — a nation where values very similar to American ones can flourish once more, just as they did before 1979 and the arrival of this cursed, evil regime. Make no mistake: this is not a regime that will fade away or soften its terror on its own. Trust me when I say we have tried every possible path short of war. We exhausted every peaceful option — massive street protests, open resistance, attempts at gradual reform, dialogue, you name it. None of it worked. The regime’s only consistent answer has been bullets, executions, and fresh waves of fear. Right now there is deep internal fighting among regime figures. Mullahs and the IRGC are turning on each other, while the so-called “reformist” faction is nothing but the same old Islamic Republic in nicer clothes and smoother language. Do not be fooled by them. The only reason they are clashing is because their money flow has been disrupted, so they blame one another and scramble for more power. We tried to bring this regime down before, but we were mostly unarmed while they were armed to the teeth. Over 40,000 were slaughtered in cold blood, with many more executed, tortured, or thrown in prison. We need help to level the playing field. Then we will rise again—and this time, we will succeed. When we do, we will never forget who stood with us; our debt will be paid in full and more. Iranians are more pro-America than many Americans on X, because we have seen American values and said: “Yes, that is what we want too.” That includes the First Amendment — which needs no explanation — and the Second Amendment, which hits especially close to home. An armed Iranian people could never have been oppressed like this for so long. No one should ever have to surrender their guns, and no one should have to hide like a criminal just for having free internet. I should not be forced to run and conceal myself for simply owning @Starlink. The Iranian diaspora has been our voice when we had no internet. They have accurately represented us during these protests while the talks were happening, making it clear we reject any negotiation with this regime and want Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi to represent the Iranian people — because no one inside this regime ever can. We are anxiously waiting for the opportunity. Let’s see if it comes. But make no mistake: the majority of Iranians feel exactly as I do. Make Iran Great Again. The world will soon understand why we say: Anything for freedom. Anything to end this evil. #IranMassacre‌ #IranRevolution2026‌ #KingRezaPahlavi‌ForIran

Enter unfamiliar territory → learn the language fast → build systems → produce results → move to the next frontier. Some leaders are just built for this.

If you’re in a season that doesn’t fit neatly on a résumé, don’t rush past it. Some of the most consequential work you’ll ever do happens there. If this resonates, pass it on.
