We added support for MR images to TotalSegmentator.
It now segments 59 structures in MR images, regardless of sequence and contrast.

In this study, we examined the brainstem activity of individuals with chronic cough and age- and sex-matched controls using functional MRI. We show that neural hypersensitivity in chronic cough is not at the level of medulla, but at the level of midbrain instead.
