So what, YOU broke the rule and now you want to blame Tuberville because you got caught? No dice. Suck it up buttercup
Alabama Republican gubernatorial candidate Tommy Tuberville had law enforcement escort me out of tonight's Mobile campaign event while I tried to ask him a question.

New — Congressman Shomari Figures, formerly D-Mobile, will now be including Montgomery after his name, at least throughout the current election cycle. However, his wife still appears to live — and vote — in Mobile, according to records.

You do realize Democrats had 136 years of control over the state Legislature. Why didn’t they cut the grocery tax then? Instead, they left the state BILLIONS in debt and voted to give themselves pay raises during the 2008 financial crisis while Alabamians were suffering.
We cut the grocery tax in half last quadrennium and delivered over $1.5B in tax relief. We’ve been able to do that while fixing the education system your buddies broke and building the strongest economy in our state’s history. The same delusional leadership you brought to your brief stint in the U.S. Senate is showing in a big way right now. Can’t wait for Coach to send you packing… again.

Asked again about his promise to donate his U.S. Senate salary to veterans, Tommy Tuberville avoided a direct answer but said he hopes “everybody believed it.” Instead, he suggested his opponents’ earnings while in D.C. are worthy of scrutiny.

These court decisions have made zero rulings on residency
Agree or disagree on the merits of the claims, “the courts have spoken” only on procedural/matter of law issues
Pretty akin to all the courts kicking out all the 2020 election lawsuits for lack of jurisdiction

We discovered a sophisticated recording device that was hidden inside one of our offices. We used our models to understand the device and where it had come from, identifying that a specific employee had planted it a few days earlier. We referred the matter to the FBI, and we’re grateful to the agents and prosecutors who moved quickly to make an arrest. The FBI’s investigation is ongoing and we will continue to support their work.
At this time, we have no indications of this individual inappropriately accessing or exfiltrating model weights, source code, or customer data. The employee was terminated.
We take protecting our technology, data, and people seriously, and as a matter of national importance. Our security program is designed to protect against a wide range of threat actors, from insider risks to cybercriminals to nation states, and this case is an example of how AI can help address these sophisticated security threats.

🚨 NEW: Hope Lindner Center gets SUPER evasive when @SaraGonzalesTX calls to speak with Pat, the Hope Center rep. who said "James Talarico" was recently discharged
The left has DESPERATELY tried labeling the initial call as "AI-generated" -- which is BS
The question is, WHY did the Hope Center SPECIFICALLY say Talarico was recently discharged? His name was spelled out PHONETICALLY for the rep. multiple times on the original call.
During this follow-up call, which was after the Lindner Center's carefully crafted public statement, Sara didn't introduce herself as a reporter, but simply "Sara"
After Sara asked to speak with Pat, the calltaker asked her to hold, before quickly hanging up the phone.
Sara then called BACK, and the Lindner Center simply refused to pick up the phone.
So finally, Sara switched to her husband's phone, called again, got the same calltaker, and was quickly told "we have no comment at this time" when asking again to speak with Pat.
If the original call was fake, and Pat isn't real, why not just flat out SAY that?
The answer? BECAUSE THE CALL WAS REAL, and they’re doing DAMAGE CONTROL now.
The legacy media should be asking the HOPE CENTER why they said “James Talarico” was “discharged,” rather than being focused on attacking ME for publishing the fact the center SAID Talarico was discharged.
Pointing to Tommy Tuberville’s recent legal victory with the Alabama Supreme Court, Republican John Wahl is asking a Montgomery County judge to dismiss a residency lawsuit challenging his candidacy for lieutenant governor.
