Calif has now lost control of its "Voter File."
An expert with a contract with Calif has a copy of Calif's Voter File -- the very document Calif has refused to provide to DOJ or DHS.
That expert has now relied on that Voter File to determine some number of names among the 20,000 given to California by DOJ are not in Calif's Voter File. That expert has submitted a declaration to that effect in litigation pending in D.C.
Under the rules of discovery regarding expert witness testimony, DOJ is entitled to have its experts review any data or source materials relied upon by an expert for an opposing party.
Not sure Calif and LA County were aware this expert was going to provide this declaration in a separate action pending in D.C. -- but now he has.

Over the last week I built a bottoms up SpaceX financial model through the end of 2028
The numbers that came out are insane
There are wide error bars given how quickly things are changing but I wanted to distill something complicated into something that can at least be debated
* This is not investment advice!!!
** Sequoia is a major SpaceX shareholder
*** Past performance is not indicative of future results
This is how it should be handled!
We are not going to tolerate threats to assassinate the president. Allison Albro, 21, Daytona Beach, is learning that the hard way. She posted this last night and got a visit from the @VolusiaSheriff Domestic Security Unit and the @SecretService. She said she was joking with this post, she doesn’t have access to a Glock or any other weapon, and she would never hurt anyone. Today she’s sitting in jail on charges of written threats to kill and unlawful use of a communications device. I would strongly advise anyone else thinking of posting a “joke” along these lines to think twice. VSO continues to work hand in hand with the Secret Service, FBI and all our law enforcement partners to ensure this presidential visit to Daytona Beach is a safe event for all who attend, and for our whole community.
This is so well done and sums it all done, with a good beat!
I've decided the Color Revolution song works better with a 1980's ska beat.

My heart broke watching a veteran being in a wheelchair 7 years stand up and walk again.
That moment launched Walk for a Hero Foundation (Sept 17). Mission: get 100 veterans into exoskeletons in the next year through grassroots walks anyone can do from anywhere.
Become a walker. Donate $1 a mile or $15. Change lives.

🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 9: THE BIG PICTURE 🚨
Sunday is a day of rest. Today I took a step back and asked, "where is all this money coming from?"
I'm too tired to type an actual summary. TL;DR: billions have been invested in restructuring American governance since Trump was elected. Many have warned of a color revolution because they saw the civil society apparatus (aka, having millions of people on standby to break stuff) being built in real time.
What makes 2026 different is that it's the first time we know of that we found an operational, short-term plan to actually do a coup.
Everything we've covered has been from the R2T NGO, which serves as a recording/coordinating platform of sorts for several key NGOs including the one consisting of 300 ex-USAID employees, RAD.
It's well documented in several previous drops that RAD has a tight relationship with the "Blocking" lane, now unified under the United Democracy Alliance (UDA) umbrella led by Horizons Project.
I researched the "big picture" of how UDA relates to bigger players, so to speak. This sets up the stage for later, much more consequential drops.
I think the video covers it pretty well...

According @malugaspar — not exactly considered a Flavio supporter — all the judges of the TSE oppposed granting the extension that Lula’s former campaign lawyer now turned STF justice @Cristianozaninm ordered.
It’s Lula’s lawyer, sitting as judge in a court with no jurisdiction, ordering the polls remain open when all judges in the electoral court opposed it. This has to have consequences Lula is going to destroy the rule of law in Brazil on his way out.

So let me get this straight: Brazil has a judiciary JUST for elections. They decided against extending the hours. Then a judge who was Lula's personal attorney issues an order to extend the hours solely in areas favorable to Lula. Am I getting this right?

The Brazil thing currently going down, including the clown Soros son adding his take. If it goes that way, much like other elections throughout the world, the US and it's citizens have to wake the fuck up, period! This has to be truly our country first, stop thinking we can save all of these other countries with our money, when they obviously have none, because they do not give a shit to fight for themselves. Apparently we have to do it all, why is that? Because we fund this entire world and all of these idiotic BS thoughts and not because the good guys are controlling those purse strings. Wake up and get concerned, get really concerned!
Just scrolling through here and one thing that jumps out at me, which is hilarious, people stating "looking for followers, I follow back." GTFOH, you want followers engage first you clown, hell we all see so many accounts, but we somehow need to stroke your ego first if we have no clue you even existed?

Today, we proposed the Safe Screens Act to require app stores to link minors to a parent’s account and get parental consent before downloading or buying an app. The proposal would also limit addictive features and programing that have hurt kids.
If you invite our children onto your platform, you have a duty to keep them safe.
