I feel bad for making fun of Schriff for this one because we all write or say dumb stuff. But this was maybe the funniest call I’ve ever heard.
Why what happened?

The WNBA’s solution to its completely avoidable Game 6 conflict?
A day game. On a Thursday.
Bad planning, horrible optics, and above all a crappy thing to do to the people who consume your product.

Broken Bat is a very cool spot. I talked to the owner for my story last week: nytimes.com/athletic/7714926…
Hey Milwaukee, if you're still in town and looking for a place to watch the game... I'll be at @BrokenBatBrew around 5pm today to play wiffle ball with anyone that cares to join!
I went last summer with my sons and my sister! It was awesome!
Come on out and cheer on the @Brewers
Imagine if @scottmerkin was also Gene Honda. That's @JJStankevitz.
Whether they’re playing near Versailles or North Versailles, the Steelers are going to win that game 16-10.

Bob Uecker’s spirit hangs over a bittersweet Brewers World Series
“When you think about Milwaukee, you immediately associate it with Bob Uecker. It’s the Brewers, and it’s Bob Uecker.”

Optimism not super-high on the Bulls. One longtime arena employee told me he didn’t see them winning more than 20 games and that was before their loss tonight.
Both Jerry Reinsdorf (suite) and Justin Ishbia (floor) are at the Bulls game tonight. I would’ve gone to Milwaukee if I were them, but at least they saw some cool Caleb Wilson dunks.
Icy Joe won his Dunkin’ debut. No relation to @JCowleyHoops.
There’s one guy next to us trying to start a “Green Bay sucks” chant whole another guy keeps yelling “AD, you’re a bum.” Williams and Buzelis dunking a couple times thankfully shut them up for a second.
Stopped by the Stacey King mural on my way to the Bulls game and there’s a Ditka one going up now too.
That’s the Ditka artist James Sturnfield in the last photo. He’s still working on it but it looks great.
This reminds me of a women’s basketball player at OU when I was there who said in the program that the people she admires most are God and Jason Williams.
NEWS: In a recent interview with GQ Magazine, #Bears TE Colston Loveland revealed which three people he'd like to have dinner with, dead or alive.
"Abraham Lincoln, Mike Ditka, Pooh Shiesty," Loveland responded. "Easiest question ever."
