First it was ‘Anne’… then it was ‘Julie’ - I don’t know whether to believe any of the Customer Asst team from @RoyalMail are actual human beings are just automated bots? What’s absolutely true is that they are offering a worse service for more money?

The @RoyalMail in a staggering exercise in gaslighting - Trying to convince the country & their customers that a worse service is somehow good? “A better all-round service”? Nonsense. Second class deliveries on every other weekday & nothing at weekends? Poor - Very poor indeed.

A bit windy & chilly but a very enjoyable afternoon @yorkracecourse And a great day of fundraising for @macmillancancer (The staff at The Knavesmire are so friendly and very helpful. A great team - Thank you)
