I created tools for cancer research. Developed gene expression microarrays. Helped create viral delivery platforms. Labeled DNA with radiation. Programmed biorobotics systems. Now I plant seed, raise chickens, keep sheep, and tend bees. Turns out this is what I was looking for.

And Wyoming doesn't exist.
Montana is one of the last bastions. Ditto Idaho. Utah is already gone. They must be protected at all costs.

When one German Shorthaired Pointer goes on point, you look. When all three do…you grab the camera. 👀

Still trying to wrap my head around this. What started as filming a lightning strike from our property turned into Cowboy State Daily (@daily_cowboy) reaching out to tell the story of our move to Wyoming. A sincere thanks to everyone who’s watched, shared, commented, and followed along these past several days.
Scott Artis was just trying to get a video of a thunderstorm for his dad when he captured the lightning strike that started the Kohns Fire in Campbell County on July 27. “All of a sudden, the fire started roaring,” said Artis, whose wife called 911. cowboystatedaily.com/2026/08…

We witnessed, and caught on camera, the lightning strike that sparked the estimated 2,000-acre Kohns Fire in Campbell County, Wyoming. We called 911 after watching the strike hit the prairie. During the storm, winds exploded from ~5 mph to 55 mph. Huge thanks to the Campbell County Fire Department and everyone battling the Fire. Stay safe. #Wyoming #thunderstorm #wildfire

Hey @Flock_Safety go FLOCK yourselves
This is the danger of Flock cameras. She was guilty until proven innocent... and she was only able to prove her innocence with her own video footage.

Why is it ‘cancelled’ in the U.K. but ‘canceled’ in the U.S.? Because we gave them that L in 1776.

O say can you see, by the dawn's early light, What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming, Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight, O'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming? And the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air, Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there; O say does that star-spangled banner yet wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave? 🇺🇸

Everybody is a damn magician in Wyoming! *Disclaimer: No AI was used in this video…it’s just Wyoming 🤣 What’s the craziest thing the wind has done on your place? #Wyoming #wind #weather

It’s true what they say… Wyoming isn’t real. Five days ago it was 90 degrees. Today it’s freakin’ snowing. Prairie Wisdom No. 6: Spring never arrived and summer was canceled due to winter’s emotional relapse. #wyoming #weather

From distant raging Montana storm to Wyoming double rainbow in 21 seconds. No complaints. Just nature doing what it does. And of course the promise of freedom. That’s why we’re out here.

Pentagon just dropped the UFO files today. Finally some blurry photo transparency… Out here, we already know the real aliens are the ones in DC pushing out of touch regulations. You buying any of this?

12/100: “Your content has too much soul, too little repetition, and too much authentic dirt-under-the-fingernails energy. Keep being human.” Just the morale boost I needed from Grok before installing some fence posts.
Are your posts more human or more bot like according to X? Mine was a 12/100.

Town said paint the water tower’s American flag red. I went John Deere green anyway. Stubborn independence built this country — not committees in DC or coastal rules. This is the America worth protecting. Rural folks and dirt roaders: red or green? Sound off below🔥

Got our first bees! Not going to lie, this was a questionable moment.

Apparently winter here doesn’t end. It just loosens its grip…one fence post at a time.

Nothing out here is easy. That’s the point. And somehow, it’s still incredibly peaceful.

Moved the chicks out to the shop. They’ve adjusted immediately. The little one is already trying to fly.
