Ignoring sunk cost sucks. But it’s important.
I signed a 2 year contract for my portal software. Just demoed one that is WAY better.
Current contract cost has no bearing in the decision to move. If new software saves me ⏰ and 💰 and is better for the client, I need to buy it.
