There’s a product manager at @tacobell who is looking at the metrics and seeing that people spend more time on the new app and thinks they succeeded but really it’s because you can’t find anything. Worst redesign ever.

Kids are so amazing sometimes. Last night there was a huge meltdown over a missing towel. My daughter literally said “the second towel has been missing for weeks. I kept waiting for it to just magically show up again but it hasn’t.”
