𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲. In 2023, I joined the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana after spending 18 years in IT. No chamber. No family connections in the High Court. And no idea how a young advocate is supposed to build a practice while staying within the rules. 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗜’𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁. I realised that the traditional chamber system isn't the only path into law. Young advocates can find opportunities in areas such as business notices, compliance, labour issues, cyber-fraud cases and other practical legal problems that people face every day. But there was another question: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀? I spent a lot of time reading Rule 36, court judgments and BCI directions instead of relying on the usual "this is how things are done" advice. And I documented what I learned. I wrote this book for the first-year advocate who doesn't have a mentor. Inside, I cover: • How to start earning within your first 90 days • What different opportunities can actually pay • How to find your first three clients within the professional rules • How to set your fees and invoice clients • A practical month-by-month roadmap for your first year 𝗡𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀. 𝗡𝗼 𝘃𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲 "𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲" 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲. 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱. The book is: 𝗡𝗢 𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗢𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗗 How to Make Money as a Young Advocate Without Waiting 10 Years 𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆. If you're a young advocate coming back from court after a long day and wondering how you're going to build a practice, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂. And if you're a senior who once had someone guide you, consider sharing it with a junior who may not have had that opportunity. Available on 𝗺𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗼𝗻. Good morning ☕️ A peaceful mind, a healthy body, meaningful work, and people who genuinely care. The older you get, the more you realize how rich this combination really is.

We spend our younger years trying to impress people we barely know. Then spend our later years wishing we had spent more time with people who genuinely mattered. Perhaps maturity is learning this before it's too late.

A million followers can give you reach. But 100 people who trust your judgment, read your work and act on your recommendations can be far more valuable. Audience size and audience trust are two different assets.

Imagine if every small-town professional in India had access to affordable legal help, quality education, useful business software and reliable digital services. Not just people in metro cities. The next chapter of India's growth should focus on expanding access, not just increasing scale.

This is horrifying beyond words. But what concerns me even more is a bigger question: What is happening to the minds of such young children? At this age, where is this level of aggression coming from? What are they exposed to? What are they learning, watching and experiencing? This is not just an isolated incident to be forgotten after a few news cycles. It demands serious attention from parents, families, educators and society. Perhaps the incident is rare, but the questions it raises are far too important to ignore. When childhood itself starts reflecting such brutality, we need to stop and ask ourselves: What kind of environment are we creating for the next generation?

Your Android phone could receive a message that you never see, never open, and never interact with. And that single message could crash the service that makes and receives calls. No suspicious link. No app installation. No tap required. It's called the "SMS of Death" vulnerability. Here's what happened. 🧵

What should Android users do? A few practical steps: 1. Check your Android security patch level. 2. Install the latest security update released by your device manufacturer. 3. Don't assume that receiving a newer Android OS version automatically means every security fix is included. 4. If you manage company-owned Android devices, enforce minimum security patch levels through MDM. 5. Don't attempt to reproduce this vulnerability against anyone else's device. Security updates are not optional housekeeping. They are part of protecting your device.

One bigger lesson from this incident: We often think of cyberattacks as something that requires a victim to click a link, download an attachment or install a malicious application. But vulnerabilities in low-level system components can bypass that entire interaction. From a cybersecurity and digital safety perspective, zero-click vulnerabilities deserve serious attention. A smartphone should not become unavailable simply because it received a message. Technical coverage: cybersecuritynews.com/zero-c… #CyberSecurity #AndroidSecurity #ZeroClick #CyberLaw
