We were sad to see our weekly Lively Letters time with our Abbott SLP @JennyHSvoboda end. We have our Kinders reading on or above grade level and becoming fluent readers. πŸ€“ Phonics instruction is key! @abbott_mps @mebuckman

I’m so proud to lead student council! These kids wanted to give back to the community and host a diaper drive. They set a goal and we already reach our goal in 3 days! Way to go Abbott Student Council!

We met our goal! Thank you Abbott families for the generous donations. We have two more days left, let’s try to get to 5,000 diapers!

This is Stevie. He was born with cerebellar hypoplasia. There’s no pain associated. He’s just at a higher risk of dancing in puddles. 14/10

3 things for teachers to remember: 1) Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. It’s not a time for perfection; it’s a time for grace. 2) The students would still love to hear from you. Stay connected if you can. 3) Take care of yourself and your family. They’re still your #1.
