No theory class at JIPMER medicine department
Medicine department of JIPMER is very honest and transparent to accept the truth that no theory classes are conducted for PG students
Let’s thank to our NMC that never stipulated any fixed hours to conduct theory classes but defined exam duration only of those four papers
🤖 Made with AI
An information from JIPMER Anaesthesiology Dept
It seems this dept doesn't conduct any theory classes as our useless NMC didn't define it
Anyway why PGs to leran theory? That may polish them to be a skilled doctor along with clinical skills
Let them do roles of multi purpose health workers only as per the wishes of outdated old generation senior doctor' team so that they don't get any new competitor

Shocking rate of quitting at AIIMS, JIPMER and other colleges
Shocking rate of resident doctors quitting from so called top ranked medical colleges which has direct impact on our poor patients

For the legitimate interests of patients, toxic seniors and faculty that are responsible for pushing young doctors away from medical colleges must be punished under available sections of BNS
Efforts of United doctors front in this area is appreciable and definitely a probe is necessary to find our abusive faculty , seniors , thesis guide and HoD that collapses our patients’ care by driving away young doctors out of medical college
No medical college in India including top ranked AIIMS, JIPMER shows any interest to teach to PG students to ensure their knowledge remains only at MBBS level
But for a PG student verbal abuse, food and sleep deprivation starts . on the very first day or within a week. Toxic senior doctors are very much sincere in ensuring this so that juniors go through all cruelty they suffered
Information from JIPMER pediatrics gives an evasive response to hours of theory classes conducted which implies almost it’s not happening. If something happens it must be documented
Useless NMC didn’t define any stipulated hours of their classes. This gives senior doctors team to skip it totally and start to squeeze the incoming young doctors 24-36 hours
It is high time all doctor associations focus on this crucial aspect of medical education and demand a minimum theory class hours. Our young doctors totally lose the learning they deserve in doing tasks of nurses and blood samplers
ESIC Chennai on theory paper hours for PGs
ESIC Chennai says stipulated hours of theory papers for PG students is 300 hours a year which is an interesting and positive information
But NMC so far not defined anything on this as it is not interested in medical education anyway
Post graduation medical education of India is the only PG course in the world that ends only with verbal abuse by faculty in the name of teaching and totaly discarding theory papers teaching that are very crucial to add knowledge to PGs, to use PGs as multi purpose health workers
Junior residents quitting & psychiatric counseling at AIIMS Mangalagiri
I wonder why many colleges refuse to give number of PGs that took psychiatric counseling?
Becaouse it is directly connected to cruel duty hours and workload
AIIMS Delhi ultra-intellectual response to a simple Q on doctors hiring
If anyone could understand, please educate me
Who runs patients' care at AIIMS Bhopal?
Huge number of academic & Non-academic junior and senior residents are working and being recruited at AIIMS Bhopal
But what about permanent doctors recruitment?
Why do so called top ranked medical colleges prefer to squeeze academic JRs for 36 hours without a week off by blackmailing or to hire UG & PG medical students on a temporary basis and throw them out after the tenure is over?
Don’t doctors deserve permanent jobs in government medical colleges & hospitals?
Is permanent job a privilege only for nursing, paramedical and clerical staff?
How to expect a quality and uninterrupted patient’s care by a floating population of non-academic JRs & SRs
How does AIIMS have funds to pay for nursing and other staff not to recruit permanent doctors?
