Super excited that I get to announce @NPR is getting into the world of Word Puzzles! (e.g. Wordle). Sunday Mornings at 4am, we will spend an hour on-air verbally describing what the crossword puzzle looks like, listing the clues. Mail in your completed crossword and we check it!

I’m not the biggest name affected, but sad that my time at NPR has come to an end after 18 years. Proud of the work we did behind the scenes to distribute NPR stories digitally, everywhere beyond the radio waves. And proud of the amazing teams l’ve worked with.
If this is the end of this site, let me just say “So long, and thanks for all the fish.” Mostly a lurker, but it’s been fun.
