2 months PP and I’ve gathered that people don’t always understand what postpartum can do to your mind. They see the baby. They see the cute pictures, the milestones, the smiles. They don’t necessarily see the exhaustion, the identity changes, the grief, the anxiety, or the feeling that you’re disappearing underneath all your responsibilities.
My baby learned how to shout/scream and now he never misses an opportunity to show us… like right now, at 11:30pm. 😅🤣
