Would this be =UEFA “C” or is Welsh C Cert considered its own credential?
Trying to weight pros and cons and am not sure the pathway and all the equivalents abroad.

If a had to build a club from the ground up, I’d base it upon these pillars.
1. Unstructured/free play
2. Futsal
3. Ball mastery
4. Small sided matches
That’s it. The rest, I’d leave up to the coaches to use their professional discretion on what else to add. – at Tyler, TX
Been a great 7 months of learning! Big thanks to @ussoccer_coach for the experience!
I look forward to impacting the next generation of grassroots coaches here in our great nation!

As someone who didn’t watch any “proper ⚽️” until Fox Sports World (2004 ish) was a channel, this hits home. My whole 🌎 is intertwined in this game
And just bc I was born in a certain area or a different era doesn’t make me any less passionate.
Good on him – at Tyler, TX

Thanks to these amazing coaches that came out Sunday! They donate their time to their players and take the time to learn and grow. They represent the best of North Texas Soccer Coaches. Thanks also to the Tyler Soccer Association! @USYouthSoccer @ussoccer_coach
