🚨NEW VIDEO 🚨 President Biden’s judicial nominees are unfit and unqualified to serve. Americans deserve the best legal minds upholding the rule of law and defending the Constitution on the federal bench – and they are not getting that with President Biden’s judicial nominees.

ICYMI: Court Slaps Down NYC’s Latest Attempt to Punish Energy Companies for Climate Change “It only takes one bad court ruling from an extreme jurisdiction to enact radical policies on every American. National energy policy should be set by Congress and not dictated by Blue state courts in Hawaii, Colorado, and New York. Hawaii’s courts, for example, have proven they will go to any lengths necessary to force their political agenda on the rest of the country, including climate policy and gun rights. The Supreme Court has the opportunity to send a message to lower courts in the Suncor v. Boulder case.” -JCN President @JCNSeverino nationalreview.com/news/cour…

Colorado continues to undermine religious freedom. This time, it is by excluding Catholic families from their universal preschool program. ⬇️
Must Watch: @shbarclay on the questions before the Court in St. Mary Catholic Parish v. Roy and how Colorado has tried to move the goalposts on eligibility for its “universal” preschool program: “They first had an exemption for congregations...Colorado has changed that and a number of other provisions in ways that suggest they’re just trying to play a game of whack-a-mole, like ‘how can we keep this religious group out of our program?’”

Colorado’s “universal” preschool program cannot claim to serve all if they discriminate against religious families. The Supreme Court has the opportunity to defend religious freedom in St. Mary Catholic Parish v. Roy. wsj.com/opinion/free-express…

It should concern every American that court packing is now a mainstream view of the Democratic platform. We must restore respect for judicial independence.
Sheldon Whitehouse says Joe Biden “chickened out” of packing the Supreme Court. Court packing was considered a fringe idea; now, it is a recurrent call from the modern Left. Democrats have made it clear that they don’t just want to undermine the originalist majority; they want to destroy the institution of the Court.

Supreme Court to review racial discrimination case over Maryland school admissions policy “A school district should not be able to defeat a discrimination claim by showing that its policy did not harm enough Asian American children. Every family deserves admissions rules that judge their child on their own merit.” - @ckieser13 washingtonexaminer.com/news/…

Colorado is clearly violating the Constitution by discriminating against Catholic schools that wish to participate in their “universal” preschool program.
“Universal” preschool should mean all families can choose the school that’s right for their children. But Colorado has denied Catholic families access to preschool funding because of their schools’ religious beliefs. Now, parents and Catholic schools are asking the Supreme Court to step in. On November 3, the Court will hear St. Mary Catholic Parish v. Roy and decide whether Colorado can exclude religious schools from its supposedly universal preschool program. A Michigan School District is still using racial hiring quotas despite the Supreme Court's ruling in SFFA v. Harvard. “The Supreme Court could not have been clearer in Students for Fair Admissions: public institutions that take federal money must treat people as individuals, not as representatives of a racial group.” - @SarahPPerry nationalreview.com/news/mich…

Washington’s state reporting law violated priests’ First Amendment rights by forcing them to break the seal of confession. A year later, it is still an important reminder of why we need principled courts to safeguard our constitutional rights.
Priests should never have to choose between upholding their sacred vows and facing jail time. In 2025, Washington passed a law requiring Catholic priests to report suspected abuse or neglect disclosed in confession, despite the Church’s 2,000-year-old teaching that confession is sacred and must remain confidential. Becket defended the priests in court, and one year ago today, Washington agreed to not force them to violate the sacred seal of confession. Learn more: becketfund.org/case/etienne-…
