Huge thanks to @HURcoachdabb, Chad Sirratt & Christian Ramos (Texas Muscle Activation), and ChiroConcepts for keeping me healthy, sharp, and ready to compete at my best all season. Grateful for every rep and every bit of trust in the process.
3rd in Texas 6A! Blessed to stand on that podium and bring it home after a season of sacrifice and growth. Proud of what I’ve done—hungry for what’s next @CWRyanIII , let’s work!

Close one in the 6A boys 110 hurdles. @AllenTrack's Julius Baker gets with win with a 13.82 and qualifies for state, but there's just .01 seconds separating @PlanoEastXCTF's Philip Reed in 2nd at 13.93 and Allen's Jace Johnson in 3rd at 13.94.

What a journey, and such a short time together. It has been nothing but fun working with this young man. Amazing things happen when 2 "underdogs" work together. They keep their head down and silence the noise! Now, it's time for some unfinished business.

The Allen boys will have a strong contingent that will include Georgia signee Jonathan Simms, Caleb Smith and Julius Baker. Simms set the state record in the 400 with a time of 45.12 in August 2023, and he won the 400 at last year’s Jesuit-Sheaner Relays in a meet-record time of 46.37 before a hamstring injury ended his junior year early, but Allen coach Jon Cockroft said Simms will run the 200 and 4x400 relay Saturday.
Baker ranks sixth nationally in the 110 hurdles among all FAT times with a 13.82 (no wind reading), and he is coming off a sixth-place finish in the 60 hurdles at the New Balance Nationals Indoor meet with a time of 7.86. He could be challenged by Plano East’s Philip Reed, who has run 14.01.
State record holders Cooper Lutkenhaus and Jonathan Simms, as well as 100-meter phenom Brayden Williams, headline a star-studded field at Jesuit-Sheaner Relays.
