When you book your cab through @minicabit and 2 out of 5 times cabs were no-show, I’m not sure if anyone would continue using them. That’s the last thing you want to deal with after a long and tiring 13-hour ✈️ , 4am at the airport.

Stranded in arrivals thanks to #minicabit. Our flight was delayed so they left. Theyre refusing to refund but they're reassuringly telling me they did email me while I was in the air to let me know they couldn't wait around the extra hour.
