It's really that damn phone It's so easy to become radicalized, frustrated, and reactive when you're addicted to all of it. The constant news cycle, endless comparisons, and daily extremes genuinely take a toll on your mind โ€” on mine, at least. I need to step away from all of it.

Hello Mr. Kamiya! @HidekiKamiya_X I'm an independent game developer, and I've admired your work and creative philosophy for years. Your approach to game direction, distinctive characters, and imaginative worlds has been a genuine inspiration to me. I've previously created The Return to Bloody Nights, a horror fan game that received considerable attention on YouTube and from players worldwide. I'm now working on an original psychological horror project called Whiskers, set on an isolated island with a small town, surrounding forests, an old lighthouse, abandoned facilities, and numerous other locations, each with its own history and secrets. At the heart of the story is a mysterious society of people wearing animal masks, whose presence and influence are deeply intertwined with the island's inhabitants. The game explores isolation, desperation, manipulation, and how an entire community can gradually transform under the influence of something it doesn't fully understand. My ambition is to create a world that feels genuinely alive, where even the smallest environmental details, characters, and seemingly insignificant discoveries contribute to a larger mystery. I want players to feel that there is an entire history beneath the surface, waiting to be understood. One thing I particularly admire about your work is how confidently you pursue your creative vision and how much personality you bring to your worlds. If you ever felt inclined to share one piece of advice about directing an original game and maintaining a strong creative identity, I would be genuinely grateful. Regardless of whether you respond, thank you for your time and for the inspiration your work has given me. I wish you continued success in everything you create!
