Flying DTW to DRO & @AmericanAir changed our res, adding 5 extra hours. Now we’re stuck in PHX for 7.5 hrs. @Expedia says they’re working on it but 4 days later nothing. Expedia says its up to AA & AA says its up to Expedia. Cust Serv is non existent. Everyone pointing fingers.
