Then he said end the ride and make the entire payment, even though he didn’t drop me to my destination. He said ‘I’ve started the car so you have to pay me, I don’t care.’ Eventually I called my husband to pick me up from the middle of the road, we paid and left.

Absolutely horrible customer service by @BookMyBai! They take the entire amount with no responsibility. We had a nanny come to our doorstep and literally go back in two hours citing a personal crisis. Coordinators are irresponsive and slow at such times as well. @anupamsinhal

For a missing or wrongly delivered item on @Swiggy we are only offered a partial refund for that item. Is it easier to now just throw money at the customer and get done with it rather than actually have their food reordered or replaced from the restaurant? @harshamjty
At the end of the conversation where she realised this customer is not going to shut up with just a small refund, she offered a reorder for the missing item. Waiting for it to reach me and hopefully this time I will have my entire order delivered. #homms
Just spent the last 25 minutes speaking to a customer care executive at Swiggy instead of eating my lunch. She said reordering or replacing our food is not an option and we can only give a refund of the item (first I was offered a partial amount only).
What about the fact that the customer has been inconvenienced and is now going to have to figure an alternative for their meal altogether? Is this in the nee customer-centric service philosophy? #swiggy #CustomerService #fail
