I am Politically ā€œUnHousedā€. I am a Conservative. I have been my entire life. I’ve been voting for 33 years and have never flirted with the left. They just simply do not hold the same values as I. This will be only the second time in my voting life where I will abstain. The first was in Alberta when it was a foregone conclusion that King Ralph was about to win a 3rd term. Right or wrong, as a younger man I didn’t think it was that big of a deal to not cast a vote. The unnecessary election called by David Eby in 2026 will be the second time I will abstain. But not because it looks like he cruising to victory. Because I am politically homeless or dare I say, unhoused 🧐😜 The Conservative Party of BC that I began volunteering for in 2022 began with those values and ideals that I hold true. But sadly over time, the party was infected by leftists let in by the very people that pretended to espouse those same Conservative values. So I left the party and resigned my seat on the board after witnessing first hand the lengths of corruption the CPBC would go to, to ensure the changes they wanted at the AGM would take place. They did this by bussing in 150 south Asian men to vote as delegates in ridings they knew nothing about. Something apparently known as ā€˜Indo-Packing’. After a short time away from politics I was inched back after Dallas, Tara and Jordan all left the CPBC. There was this new opportunity forming that seemed to bring with it my sense of belonging on the political right. Unfortunately, that was short lived and the party imploded in on itself driven by a certain amount of egomania. That is a party that I can’t and won’t support as I view them no differently than the CPBC. The only difference is that OneBC actually knows where they stand on the spectrum. Regardless of where they stand, our values do not align. I learned a long time ago that if you are in a values misalignment in any kind of relationship be it business, personal or political, it will never work no matter how much you compromise. Resentment will build and you’ll eventually be forced to a decision. So here I sit. Politically homeless for the first time in my voting life. I would rather not cast a vote than have to hold my nose and vote for a party for the sole reason that they are not the NDP. My values mean more to me than that.

Common. Sense. Thank you Danielle Smith. Maybe Lorne Doerksen will follow suit? What? A guy can dream can’t he?
The best person for the job should get the job. Period. Today we tabled legislation that would ensure hiring and promotion decisions in the public sector are based on merit, not DEI policies. Mandatory workplace training will be relevant to the roles and responsibilities of the employee, instead of mandatory DEI sessions. Every Albertan deserves a fair shot, and fairness means everyone competes on the same terms.

This will be an unpopular opinion amongst BC Conservatives…The election wasn’t so much a CPBC win as it was an NDP loss.

For all the corruption and bullshit coming from the Cons these last few months, there just is no doubt that I am happy the NDP are gone and there’s a chance that Eby loses his seat.

If any of this is accurate, @LDoerkson NEEDS to do the RIGHT thing and remove @Pavneet4KLCC from this seat. Sacrifice the seat to do what is right. Does this party have ANY values left?
This whole story has been disgusting šŸ‘‡

Surprise, surprise. #bcpoli
The Left won’t stop stealing elections In Canada, a NDP (New Democratic Party) volunteer was caught ā€œbringing a group of 30-40 people without identificationā€ to a polling station to vote ā€œA bus came. He was asking them vote for the New Democratic Party in front of the booth which is illegal. The people he brought has confessed that they are voting for New Democratic Partyā€ NDP is the New Democratic Party which is a left-wing social democratic political party in Canada Liberals are the same everywhere. They steal elections

Looking forward to this maniac having to eat his words.
It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota. To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically. Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country. Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case. Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve. In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota. The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.

Hey @richardzussman remember when I said that you and the government were lying about DRIPA and how it affects property rights in BC? Well, how do you explain this? A secret plan to hand over 400 parcels of land to Indian Bands in BC and to rewrite laws to cover tracks?
Docs labeled ā€œconfidentialā€ just 2 weeks before snap elxn show @bcndp has committed to hand over 400 parcels of Crown land to First Nations, and craft a law to limit compensation to forest companies for loss of logging rights. My latest @BeatNorthern northernbeat.ca/opinion/rob-…

Indeed. Literal DONKEY!
Omg. I'd vote for a literal DONKEY before Eby and the NDP.

BC should treat Eby the same as Ilhan Omar and deport him back to Ontario where he belongs! #deporteby #bcpoli
